Soon enough Loki and Claudia made it back to her house and they walked in. She took off her coat and walked into the kitchen. Loki just stood there by the door in silence. He then followed her in the kitchen. She was taking out some stuff for food.

"I thought we were eating dinner at your father's house." He pointed out.

"Well, it takes him a while to calm down, especially with his heart condition." She said taking out the pots and pans she needed.

"Then what are they going to eat?"

"I'll just order them a pizza and they will all be good." She said after she finally got all the supplies she made out. She then got a hair tie and put her hair up in a ponytail.

After watching her for a few moments, "Can I help?" He asked, sheepishly.

She turned to him, "You know how to cook?"

"No, but its on the list." He told her.

"List?" She asked.

"Yeah, your father wrote me a list. A list of things I must learn that a normal independent man does on his own, and should know what to do, or something like that." He said taking out the list.

She walked over and pulled it out of his hand, as she examined it, "You know if you were a man I would have punched you for doing that."

She looked to him and said, "Well then I guess I'll take that as a compliment." She handed it back to him and walked back to the stove.

He just looked at her and couldn't help but almost laugh. She looked at him, "Come on you and help."

He walked over and did as she said. And no sooner than a half an hour later dinner was done. And they both went and sat on the couch eating. The dinner was a simple, breakfast for dinner. Something Loki never had but he liked. He felt proud for a moment that he helped make this, and it was actually good.

He was pulled out of his thoughts when Claudia asked, "So tell me some things about yourself."

He remained silent, "My dad said something about you leaving your home because of something you did. What did you do?"

He didn't know what to do. Tell her, do not lie. He was at lost for words, but managed to say, "I did not leave but was thrown out."

"Why?" She asked, curious.

"Where do I begin?"

"From the beginning, that's how most stories are told." He looked at her and gave a slight smirk.

They both put their food down and sat on the couch facing eachother. She sat putting her knees to her chest. He just turned his upper half to face her.

"Well, um I grew up in this place that is in a different world than here, called Asgard. There I was a prince. I had an older brother named Thor." He paused to make sure she was following, she nodded for him to continue. "Well my father for many years made us believe that we were both born to be kings.."

"Well that was a mistake right there." She interrupted.

"How so?" He asked.

"Well if a father or a parent even, does that, it raises hopes in both of their children and in the end when only one is allowed, the effects will be drastic for the other." He just looked at her, "Sorry, continue."

"So being my brother was first born he was to inherit the throne. Which was fine I didn't want the throne. But as the years went by my brother and his friends like Lady Sif and the warriors three, saw me less and less of an equal and because of that it made me go crazy. I then sought out to become the king. Just so I could become their equal."
