You absolutely hated not being around Josh.
He was always touring and you were always working.
After 2 years of dating, you got used to it. Whenever you guys could hang out, you did. And it was the best time ever.

You were stuck working on the night the guys were in your hometown, just a few minutes away.
You Facetimed Josh wishing him good luck and apologized for not making it. He understood your schedule and he promised to try and see you before they headed off on the road again.
It was around 6:30 and the dinner rush was already over. Everyone was probably going to the concert which started at 7:00 and you were stuck there until 10:00.
You sighed, laying your head in the palm of your hands, thinking about Josh getting ready for tonight's show.
"Hey, you okay?" Asked your manager
You lift your head up.
"Yeah, just bummed I couldn't make it tonight, ya know?"
He shook his head and laughed.
"Go on, get out of here. Go seriously"
You were surprised. "Are you serious?"
He laughed "Oh course I am, I can get someone to cover your shift so you can go see your boyfriend."
You got on your tippy toes and hugged him.
"Thank you so much!"
You grabbed everything you needed and headed back home to get ready.
It was 7:00 when you were finally ready. As soon as you found out you were able to make it, you called Tyler asking if he wouldn't tell Josh about you showing up. You wanted to surprise him. Tyler of course said yes, and told you that he would send Michael to get you when you arrived.
You arrived at the venue around 7:15.
Michael was in front of the gates waiting for you like Tyler promised.
He escorted you backstage and you stood there in your Twenty One Pilots shirt, watching your boyfriend do his job.
Josh usually zoned out when he was performing so you didn't really have to worry about hiding.
You sang every word to every song. You pretended to drum along with Josh, having no idea what you were doing. Your heart stopped like always when he back flipped off Ty's piano.
It was getting towards the part of the show where Tyler covered some songs.
Your favorite was "My Heart Will Go On" By Celine Dion
At every show, Josh would go out and play the beginning on his trumpet and reenact the famous "Jack holding Rose by the waist" scene from the movie.
Which gave you an idea.
Backstage you found the guy who is usually Josh's "Jack" and told him about your idea. He immediately agreed, and you couldn't wait.
You waited for the music and then you heard it.
Josh's trumpet.
After a while, the original Jack signaled you when it was okay to go on stage. He gave a thumbs up and next thing you knew, there you were.
On stage in front of thousands, holding your boyfriends hips, trying to hold your excitement.
The crowd burst into screams and pointed behind Josh.
Tyler stared at both of you, continuing to sing with a smile on his face as Josh turned around and seen you.
He covered his mouth, pure excitement taking over his face.
He lifted you up and spun you around for the remainder of the song, your face buried into his neck.
He finally put you down.
"I thought you were working! How did you get the night off?!"
You laughed. "Boss man sent me home early so I can come see my Rose"
He laughed. "Well, I'm glad I got to spend the night with my Jack."
He kissed the tip of your nose as you walked backstage.
You watched the rest of the concert, falling more and more for the man with the pink hair and the 'mom' tattoo.
