Fairy Tail forever! Right?

Chapter 19

I am so sorry I have taken so long to write this, I am quite busy so haven't had the chance, I shall try to update more frequently!

Wendy's POV:

"Wendy, time to get up!" Charle calls to me but she knows by now that I am already awake. It has been a few months now since we found Lucy's clothes full of blood and also since I shouted at everyone. To be honest I think everyone is worried about me, I know that I have changed a lot since Fairy Tail sent Natsu, Gray, Lisanna, Erza, Happy, Charle and I out to find Lucy. I still remember running through the forest, tears blurring my eyes and running down my face, I also vaguely remember wind circling around me as if trying to comfort me or as if it was distressed. I remember Charle flying behind me calling out to me to "stop Wendy, slow down child, wait for me" and I remember running even faster until the wind was almost lifting me up.

~Flashback~

"Wendy! Wait, calm down child!"

I run even faster, wanting to get away from those liers, those people who I thought were my friends and cared about the rest of their family, well they just proved me wrong, they seemed to have never cared about Lucy. Would the same thing happen to me if I disappeared? Tears run down my face and sobs rack my body, it doesn't even feel like I am actually touching the ground and I can certainly feel the air rushing around me in distress, well at least something cares for me! I have my hands raised to protect my face from branches and the air guides me through the forest, I vaguely hear birds lifting from their perches in alarm and animals running away from me. I keep running, I can't believe she's gone! is the thought that keeps running through my head. Charle is way behind me now and as I break through the edge of the forest into a meadow, I know that I am very close to Magnolia, Lisanna didn't seem that shocked from seeing the remains of Lucy, it must have been her fault! And now that I think about it, everyone started acting weird when Lisanna supposedly was attacked by Lucy. I WILL find out what she has done even if it costs me my life I shall find out! And if she was the cause of all this I swear I shall kill her! My tears are nearly gone now, my sadness replaced by anger and determination, I slow down a bit as I approach Magnolia and wipe away my tears. I walk through the streets of Magnolia and reach the Guild. As I walk through all the noise and chatter stops and everyone turns to me, I walk to the bar where Mira-jane is making a drink, she turns around with a smile on her face but it quickly falls when she see's me. "Is everything alright Wendy? Where are the others?" I sit on a stool "they're coming, I will tell you what happened when Master Makarov comes down" I reply and Mira hurries off to get him. A few minutes later Master has arrived with Mira and hurries over to me, "Wendy! I thought I saw you running down that hill with what looked like a hurricane around you! What happened child?" he asks anxiously "Lucy's dead" is all I have to say before the room erupts into chaos "What?"

"How did this happen?"

"Who killed her?" people clamour around me asking questions while Master just stands there with a pale face, slowly he raises a hand for silence which falls immediately "ho..how did this happen? Explain to me what happened...please Wendy". I told them what had happened apart from the part where I shouted at the others, then I hopped off the stool and told them I was too tired and that I was going to bed. I went to the Fairy Tail girls dorm and cried myself to sleep. Charle found me curled up on my bed fast asleep.

~End of Flashback~

In the next few weeks I remember travelling to the Sabertooth guild to tell Yukino what happened. With each passing day in Fairy Tail, I had become more distant and quite, I hardly  spoke to anyone apart from Charle. When the others came back they tried to comfort me...well Erza and Happy tried to comfort me. Juvia was kind to me too and she still tries to have a conversation with me every now and again and I try to talk back to her. But I never know what to say to her. After a while, Natsu, Grey and Lisanna didn't even bother to talk to me. Erza and Happy are worried about me, as is Charle...I mean, even I wouldn't recognise myself. Yukino was the only one who really understood. She comes to talk to me sometimes and we go to Lucy's grave together. Nowadays, I wake up really early and go out to train by myself before sneaking back into the dorm that I share with all the other Fairy Tail guild female members.
