August POV

"Aug why you and Nando got the exact same lunch?" Rome asked me as I looked at him confused.

"Nigga I don't know what da fuck does that have to do with anything?"

" I peeped some shit earlier." He walked closer to my desk.

"Like?"

" Like how that nigga Nando been acting weird and when he came back with lunch about three
minutes later Kristal walked in. I even saw them both give each other this look when she walked by him an-"

" What type of look?" I cut him off.

" The same look you be giving Liv."

"Oh word?" I raised my eyebrows and asked in disbelief.

"Yes nigga."

"Wait." I looked him in his face. "So you saying that she fucking with Nando the guy? Nando as in Fernando?"

" Bygolly I think he's got it."

He was trying to be sarcastic but I was no where near playing games at this point

" Yes and Liv even had a convo with him before and take a wild guess as to what he told her his girlfriend name is."

I didn't want to say nothing so I just looked at Olivia. "He told me that his girlfriend name is Kristal." She said
as if she was uncomfortable saying it.

"With a K?"

"Yes he said with a K."

leaning back in my chair I rubbed my hands together gathering this new found information that was just given
to me until Teke asked me "So what you gone do about all this? Like are you going to holler at her or what?"

Standing up I walked to the front of my desk and leaned on it. "Well all this info is helpful and it's a
start but it's not exactly enough to confront her just yet. I mean I can just cut her loose and keep it pushing
but since she used me for four fucking years, hurt me and wasted my time I think it's only fair that I find out
more facts, gather more info then confront her and use it all against her. since she wants to play games I'm
gone play right along with her and play the fuck out of her. In other words I'm gone play it cool... For now."
Dapping up the twins and Rome I thank them all and watched them as they walked out my office. Olivia
just stood there shaking her head and looking at me.

Olivia POV

"Wow I can't believe you right now. Why couldn't you just tell me that you had a fiance? You know what
don't even answer me because I know it's probably going to be a lame ass bullshit ass excuse anyway.
I feel stupid because I was starting to feel you and I honestly was going to overlook the fact that you're
my boss and give you a chance but nah. I don't know about you but I'm about to get back to work since
you still have a check to give me."

"Olivia wait." He said with pleading eyes.

"That I won't do." And with that I walked out heading to the break room to make me some hot tea so I could
get back to work. Moments later as I was about to test my tea I felt hands around my waist. Last I checked
the break room was empty other then myself so I knew that he had followed me.

"Please Olivia, just let me explain." He said.

"August just leave me alone please."

" I Can't because you never got ta let me explain."

"Okay explain yourself if it makes you feel better go a head so I can get back to work."

" Okay as you know I am engaged. Honestly I didn't tell you because it never crossed my mind. Mentally
I'm not even in a relationship with her anymore and when I was in your presence all I saw was you
only you were on my mind not her. Now had she been a good woman and faithful in the relationship
then I wouldn't have looked your way. But look at you, your beyond beautiful. The way I look at it once
Kristal started cheating on me years ago and continued to cheat our relationship ended." He explained.

"Then why stay August why put up with her?" I asked.

" Because Olivia I loved her and at some point in time I had faith that we'd work things out. I guess
I just got use to not having a real relationship with her and continued doing me. But I want you to
forgive me and give me a chance maybe we could actually have something. I know I'm your boss but
if we're both feeling each other why hold back let's make something happen."

" See I hear you and all but what you don't understand is I don't feel comfortable having any type of
personal relationship with you while your still officially engaged to someone else. I've been in a
relationship with a man where it was all types of drama and I've had family drama.. What I'm trying
to say is I don't want anymore bull going on and being with you while your with her is just asking
for drama, and had I knew that you were with her I wouldn't have looked at you in anyway other
then just my boss." I honestly told her.

"I respect that." He said

" Thank you. And I do way you but if you want me too your going to have to choose what it is
exactly that you want because I don't want no parts in what you got going on with her. Whether your
playing it cool with her or not I don't want to get involved. So do what you go to do."

" But what if I want you?" He asked

" Really? I just told yo- Never mind. If you want me then it just needs to be me, not me and her."

"Aight." He said and with that I grabbed my now warm tea and walked out the room leaving him standing there.
