Jack's eyes fluttered open. He winced at the bright sun shining through the window, then let his eyes adjust to the light. He sat up slightly, but Mark's arm held him to his chest. Jack glanced at the little clock by Clarissa's bed.
"Six-thirty..." He mumbled quietly to himself. He lay back on Mark's chest, listening to Mark's steady heartbeat and slow breathing. It was calming, to say the least, like a soft and wordless lullaby that could put anyone to sleep.
He shifted uncomfortably. He looked under the faded covers and realized they were both in their clothes.
"Whatcha looking for?" Mark joked. His voice was rough and low and laced with sleep.
"We fell asleep in our clothes." Jack mumbled and dropped the blanket. "We must've been too tired to notice, but now I can't fall back asleep." Jack ran his fingers along Mark's clothed stomach.
"Then take your clothes off." Mark rubbed his eyes tiredly.
"That's what she said." Jack giggled and bit his lip.
"Whatever." Mark laughed, realizing what he said. He sat up and took his shirt off. Jack followed suit, both of them stripping down to their boxers. When they were done, Jack rolled over and lay on top of Mark.
"Much better." He pecked Mark's lips. Mark grabbed the back of Jack's neck and pulled him back in, kissing him passionately and slowly. Jack kissed back, savoring the moment they were alone. Mark's free hand rubbed up and town Jack's back, gently running his fingers across Jack's fragile skin. Jack's hands tangled in Mark's hair, running his hands through the soft strands.
Suddenly Jack smirked and gave Mark's hair a slight tug. He was expecting to playfully hurt Mark, but instead Mark groaned deeply into their kiss.
"Oh, I wasn't expecting that reaction." Jack pulled back with a huge smirk on his face. Mark's face was deep red and he avoided Jack's gaze. "You like that, don't you?" Jack whispered into Mark's ear.
"S-Shut up." Mark squirmed uncomfortably.
"That's useful for me to know later." Jack giggled and kissed Mark one last time. Mark hugged Jack tightly and buried his face in his neck. Jack dug his arms underneath Mark and hugged him back, then slowly dozed off and fell asleep.

"Jaaack... Jaaack..." Mark quietly called Jack's name, shaking him awake. Jack's eyes fluttered open.
"Hmm, what?" He muttered groggily.
"It's past noon." Mark told him.
"What? How did we sleep in that long?" Jack sat up.
"We didn't have a wake-up call this morning." Mark chuckled. "I think I smell lunch, though."
Jack got up and clumsily got dressed alongside Mark. When he turned around, he noticed Mark's hair was curly and sticking up all over the place. Jack giggled and walked up to Mark and started fixing his hair with his hands.
"What are you doing?" Mark bent down slightly for Jack.
"Your hair is so messy." Jack commented.
"Because you were running your hands through it earlier." Mark looked into Jack's beautiful eyes, fixated on his tangled hair.
"It's so adorable." Jack smiled softly. "I love your hair, it's so soft and wavy, and you have gorgeous hair." Jack told him. "People think I'm crazy, but I love playing with hair and giving massages and stuff. It's nice."
"Well I enjoy receiving those things." Mark said, making Jack giggle. He watched Jack's face, loving the small smile and his gorgeously blue eyes. He couldn't put it into words, he just loved Jack so much. He loved how funny he was, his adorable personality, how caring he was and just how absolutely beautiful he looked.
