BEEP! BEEP! BEEP!
Ugh! What is that annoying noise. It hurts my head. Oh shit, it's my alarm clock. Wait! That means.......
I have school! Stupid High School!
I groan out a breathe of annoyance and get my butt out of my beautiful bed. I rub my eyes with little force trying to wake them up. Once I succeeded I hightail to my closet. I pull out light skinny jeans and a pink crop top that says "I'll call you when I care".
I look through my tall mirror analyzing my outfit. I approve and move to curl my hair. I finish off with mascara and black converse sneakers.
Walking down stairs I hear my Aunt and Uncle chatting. "No Clifford, nows not the time to pick your nose hairs at the dinner table!"
I laugh and head into the kitchen. My Aunt is at the stove cooking I guess pancakes and my Uncle is at the the table - picking his nose hairs.my
"Ew!" I whack him in the back of his head. He just chuckles and finishes his pancakes.
"How many pancakes do you want sweetie?" Auntie flipped a pancake, I watch as it flips in the air and gently lands in Uncles hair.
"Are you crazy woman!" He jumps up letting the pancake land on his plate. "That's not supposed to go on my head! Only on my plate then in my stomach!"
I laughed and poured syrup over the pancakes that Auntie placed in front of me. Using my knife I cut slivers into my mouth. The mouth watering taste exploding my taste buds with pleasure.
Half way through my second pancake my Aunt stops me. "You need to go or you'll be late. I placed your backpack by the door with your phone that I charged. Have a nice day!"
I grab all of my supplies and head by the door."Thanks Aunt Tammy."
I open my car door and head off to school.
Reaching the crowded parking lot, all I can see is groups of people scattered. I see the jocks, cheerleaders, Queen Bees, nerds, and the nobody's. I'm better off in the nobody's, the people you don't really pay attention to.
I pull up to a spot and park my car. My back pack is placed in the back seat so I have to climb over the drivers seat to grab it. I walk out locking my car and I have no clue where to go. I scowl at the glares I receive and proceed to the main doors.
"Hey!" A short girl with blonde hair blocked my view. My name is Ariel."
"Um, mine is Jazmine but you can call me Jazz." Ok. This is awkward.
"Jazz." She texted it out. "Ok. Can I guide you on where your going?"
"Sure." She seemed sweet so I guess why not.
We swiveled through hallways upon hallways until we reached a sign that says "MAIN OFFICE".
"Hello ladies! How may I help you?" An old secretary sat behind a wooden desk covered in pens and paper.
"I'm new, my name is Jasmine Grace and I'm here to collect my schedule." I played with my fingers and bit my lip. I hate talking to strangers.
"Oh Sure. Hold on a minute." She went to the back of the room to a filing cabinets and scrummaged through papers. "Here you go honey. If you need anything else don't be afraid to ask."
"Ok thanks." We walked out of the small office and into a crowded hallway. The smell of school supplies and sweat fill my nostrils.
"What class do you have next?" Ariel asks.
"I think I have Science. You?" I look down at my already crumbled schedule and read it over.
"We only have Science and Math first half before lunch together. So we better get going before we are late."Ariel wrapped her fingers around my wrist and dragged me down separate hallways until we reached our destination.
