We crawled back through the window and into her room. We quickly both got dressed into different clothes and went into the kitchen where already Riley's parents were waiting for us in the living room.
"Farkle honey we have good news and bad news..."
Riley looked over to me her face turned from brightness to a deep sadness really quick.
"I guess i'll have the bad news"
"Well the bad knews is you have to live with us for 2 more days"
Riley's face looked more shocked as mine was I think I'm pretty my eyes were popping out of my head.
"The good news is your parents will be out of the hospital in 2 days."
I swear I jumped so high that my head almost hit the ceiling. I picked Riley up and swung her around in circles.
We both started laughing and we laughed even harder when we both fell to the ground cause we were so dizzy. Riley's parents laughed along with us then going to the kitchen for whatever reason.
"Riley I can't believe I'm going home"
She smiled really big and hugged me even though I should be the one to hug her first.
"Riley thank you for being there for me"
"And I always will Farkle"
I hugged her tighter but not too hard I didn't want to let go of her.
