Riley's Pov
We walked back to my house promising eachother we will never talk about it. The walk back was silence. It felt awkward cause Farkle and I were usually the talkative ones.
I know he thought the say thing cause when I look at him he opens his mouth as if he was going to say something, but turns away. We were about halfway to my apartment when Farkle stopped.
"What's wrong ?"
Immediately I regret saying that.
"Farkle I mean..."
"I know what you mean"
"Why did we stop?"
"Riley you have brought light into my darkness. You gave me something nobody else could ever have and you gave me you and I just want to say thank you Riley for being there for me"
Tears came out of my eyes. I hugged him really tight
"Farkle thank you for being in my life"
I kissed him gently not wanting to ruin the moment.
"Riley I know I probably said this like a 100 times, but I love you"
"I love you too Farkle"
We got to the apartment and my parents were already sitting on the couch waiting for us.
"You went to the hospital didn't you"
"Yes mom..."
"Farkle are you ok?"
"I'm never better"
My mom smiled and looked back at my dad.
"Well I can't ground you cause I don't want to. You did the right thing"
"Thank you mom"
We walked to my room and closed the door I turned off the lights and laid down in the bed. Farkle took off his jacket and laid down next to me.
We fell asleep thinking of what will become of tomarrow.
