I had to change and delete soooo much because it was too long.

Azray's POV

The train lurched forward, gradually gaining speed as I followed the boys to the small set of seats they had snagged with their bags. I slid in my earphones and played Marcel Martini's 'Barbiehome' quietly in my ears.

My eyes never wandered from Qual though. His orbs were what transfixed me however; I had never seen anything like them before.

"What you staring at?" he said with a smirk on his face. "Want me to morph again?" He chuckled.

"I-I..." Stuttering, I blushed and looked down.

"You know what our power is," interrupted Wymol. "What's yours Miss-Stare-a-Lot."

"Oh it's not much really..." I start, not wanting to say. My power was strong and if people know, I'm usually treated differently.

"Hey! Keeping secrets, that's not fair," Wymol pushed

"Ugh, for god's sake." I knew I wasn't going to get out of it so I changed the subject, meekly. "Did you know a train can travel up to speeds of-"

"No, dear, don't start talking shit," Wymol said, waggling his finger at me. Man that guy is so annoying.

"Ugh! It's just time-control," I shout, so irritated that I forget about the train. The other passengers fall silent and look round as I blush and bow my face.

"Dude," Wymol stated and let out a long whistle. "Come on, let's get a private compartment."

As we slide the door closed, I jump on the seats I curl up in a ball burying my head into my knees allowing the embarrassment to settle

I glanced at the boys and saw them on their phones, sending furtive glanced at me and each other. Curious, I pause, snorting at the ridiculous face I caught Wymol with.

Plonking my ass between them, I glance at their phones, pluck Qual's out of his hand and play time, scrolling through the messages.

To confirm my suspicions, the boys had been texting each other about me and-

"Hey! What the fuck!"

Qual had noticed his sleek iPlone was clutched in my hand and I giggled, holding it away from him and reading out.

"Time-Control. Dude that's mad! But damn that bod."

Qual's face flushed crimson and I felt the sudden urge to hold it. I shook myself and continued to read.

"She's a peng one though. Don't you think, Wy?"

My eyes widened and I looked at him. "You think I'm peng?"

Qual took this moment to grab his phone back and he scratched the back of his neck.

"Hey, lovebirds!" shouts Wymol, making both me and a Qual jump. "We're here."

The train stopped and we got off along with a few other people. We were walking in silence until Qual whispered to me.

"You know, you're cool, not just because of your power. You seem like a really nice person."

"Yeah . . . I mean, thanks," was all I utter. My stupid heart was fluttering and I couldn't calm it.

"Is that the school!" I blurt out pointing at the massive building in front of us. It was black and huge, almost like a castle, reminding me of Hogwarts but it didn't look as inviting.

"Well, lets go then." Qual offered his hand to me and I took it gratefully, worried about the future.

Ironic, don't you think?
