Meghans P.O.V

I wondered what the boys were yelling about. I knew Max didn't want to lose a friend with a lie so I'd pull him aside and ask him.
"Max can I talk to you?" I asked.

"Yeah sure," he said and we walked into the hall.

"What were you and Harvey arguing about upstairs?" I asked.

"Umm. It was nothing, really nothing." he said and tried walking away.

Max's P.O.V

When I was walking away I felt Meghan grab my wrist and yank me back. She got in my face and asked again more firmly, "What were you and Harvey arguing about?"

Now I'm going to have to admit or lie. I can't lie I can't lose my one friend. "Um... HarveyandIarefightingoveryou."

"Slow down," Meghan whispers in my ear. She sits me down and lays her head on my chest.

I don't want to ruin the moment so I hug her for a while and then let go and tell her. "Harvey and I both want to date you. Everything is too complicated and."

Before I could say anything else her lips were on mine. Life felt pretty good. Maybe moving here won't be bad after all. But what move is Harvey gonna make?
