Sleepover plans change

Max's P.O.V

While Harvey, Meghan, and I were in Meghan's secret room we heard Katie running down the stairs screaming like a mad man. We all exchanged a look that said 'what do we do'? It turns out Meg could shut the door, so she did. Katie came in the room thinking we were playing a game "OH SO THIS IS A HIDING GAME?! WELL GUESS WHO'S GONNA WIN! MEEEEEE!", she yelled like an insane person.

"Shouldn't she be in a asylum", I whispered to Meg as I was looking around the room.

"I didn't think so until just now", she giggled.

"Harv, are you ready to go? We are." I asked.

"Yeah but Katie is still out there," he said.

"Don't worry I have another secret", Meg told us.

She lifted up a certain picture of a girl who looked nothing like her. Then part of the wall moved to reveal a window.  The girl had red hair and blue eyes. Meghan must've known we would ask questions because she kept the picture with her. Once we were outside I got to asking. "Who is that? She looks nothing like you."

"MAX", Harvey yelled as he slapped my arm.

"What?", I asked.

"Don't question her without a back story because it could be sad", he told me.

Harvey's P.O.V

"Hey, it's fine Harvs.", Meg said as she hugged me and rubbed Max's  arm where I  hit him. Max put his arm around her and we all sat down behind a bush where Katie would never find us.

"This is Katrina. She is related to me."

"*cough cough* Max is always wrong *cough cough*" I said with a giggle.

"Harvey shut up", Max said sternly.

"You shut up", I say pretending to be angry.

"Both of you shut up if you want to know", Meg says.

"Fine", Max and I say at the same time.

Meghan goes on to tell about her cousin Katrina. Apparently Meg is 3 months older and smarter but Katrina is way more mature. "Well she's more mature unless she and I are tired, then she turns into the funnest person ever. Do you wanna meet her?", Meg asks.

"Sure but later. Not today." Max and I say at the same time.

We hear a car honk so we come out of the bushes. It's Katie's mom. "Hey Elizabeth why are you here?", Meghan asks.

"Family emergency. I need Katie quickly!", she kinda yells.

"OK.", says Meg, " KATIE, YOU HAVE A FAMILY EMERGENCY TO ATTEND TO!", Katie rushes out the for and into the car.

"Sorry Meg bye", Katie says sadly.

We all wave goodbye. Meg told us we can still stay or she could stay at our house. We decided just to stay at Megs but go to Max and my house for mums delicious dinner. It's 1:45 so we all walk across the street to our house.  "Hey dad can Max, Meg, and I  eat dinner here and then sleepover at Megs?",I ask.

"Sure, and boys there's a surprise for you two in about ten minutes", dad said.

We nodded our heads and wondered what the surprise could be. We waited up in our room with Meg for ten minutes and there was a knock on our bedroom door...
