{18} the hospital

Jacks pov
I woke up on a familiar sofa, I must've fallen asleep at joes. Suddenly last night came crashing back , the state Alexa was in and how awful I felt. I remember coming to joes and we had some beer, watched football and I fell asleep on his sofa. I needed to go and see how Alexa was, so I got up brushed my hair using joes brush and neatend out my clothes. I told joe good bye as he was up now and I left.

A/n suicidial thoughts here.

On the car journey home I got a text, it was from Alexa. I pulled over and read it.
Alexa: hey jack, it's me Alexa, obviously and I just want to say I'm sorry for the way I spoke to you, I've missed you so much and I'm so depressed and lonely, I've been like this for the past 11 months and i don't see the point anymore. I haven't posted on YouTube for 10 months and my last snapchat was when I uploaded that video. I just want to let you know I love you, I had fun. Goodbye... Forever.

I put my phone down and realised what she ment. She wanted to kill her self, no she'e going to kill herself. I drove as fast as I could until I reached the front door. I unlocked it and rushed in. She was laying on the sofa with 2 tubs of pills next to her. "ALEXA, NO" I shouted. I went and sat with her and called an ambulance. I checked her breathing and she was still alive. I held her hand and Said "I'm sorry Alexa, I'm sorry I left and put you like this, it's all my fault and If I'd stayed you'd been fine and not unconscious. I love you Alexa, I love you so so much. Please don't go, please" I kissed her forehead when I Heard sirens, they were fast and I heard knocking at the door. I let them in and they rushed to Alexa.
"Can you hear me lovely?" The paramedic asked. "What's your name sweetie?" She asked again. "Her name Alexa" I quickly butted in. "Ok thank you and you are?" "I'm Jack, her boyfriend"
"Oh ok, well I'm going to have to ask you some questions about how this happend" she said
"Ok" I said
"Well firstly why did she take these pills?"
I explained to the woman everything about when I left and when I arrive home and found her like this. She reassured me things would be fine but I wasn't to sure. We ended up in the back of the ambulance and I kept kissing alexas forehead, telling her I loved her.
When we arrived at the hospital they pushed open the ambulance doors and quickly put Alexa on a stretcher and started telling the nurses and doctors about her heart rate and things like that. As much as I wanted to be with her I couldn't, i wasn't aloud. I decided to phone the boys and alexas parents, they were all so shocked and were coming to see her.
I phoned grace and although she was in Mexico with her family she insisted on flying home to see her.
