I Watch You From Afar

Part 2

This is another start of my life! I've now stepped into college. Another excitement, perhaps?

I chose the program from the College of Engineering and Architecture. Well, it's such a tough decision for me.

A lot of people do ask me the same question.

"Why're you taking up Engineering? You'll be left behind by your batch during graduation."

Well, I say.. "You'll never have a place in life if you won't take a risk."

Eeenk. Enough of that, lol.

Well, aside from my academic subjects, I also am required to take up the NSTP because each student of the Republic of the Philippines is mandated to take up that subject.

As a student of CEA, I was categorized to be a part of the Philippine Air Force - ROTC. Some of the colleges that comprises it are: College of Arts and Sciences, College of Industrial Technology, College of Nursing, Dentistry, Pharmacy and Allied Health Sciences and.. Well, I forgot the others.

R.O.T.C. SUNDAYS.
Yeah, we tend to sacrifice our Sundays just for this subject. But hey, it's worth it. Why? Well, you'll know later, lol.

I was eating at the University Canteen at the Main Campus One, well, alone. I was always alone during the first semester because, I just want to have less dramas, you know.

Okay, let me continue. I was eating alone, sitting alone, everything alone. New faces here and there. Well, I'm in college, I've expected this.

Holy molly! I just saw a guy. He was wearing a cap, and I was stunned. I stared at him for a few minutes. He was with his friends. From the room they got out, I guessed he is an Aviation Maintenance student.

Sorry, if you got me wrong. I do have a boyfriend. But crushing on someone isn't a sin, right? Well, lol.

The first thing that caught my attention is that, he significantly looks the same as my first crush on high school. But not that totally. Errr. It was such a nice view. He frowns all the time, and it looks like he doesn't smile, lol.

That was the day that I was seeing a rainbow right in front of me. Well, I could only remember the happenings, but unfortunately, I wasn't able to remember the clothes that he was wearing. Wait, do I really need to remember that? Lol.

Hey did I mention he was an Aviation Maintenance student? Well, yes. And that means, he is a part of the College of Industrial Technology. And that also means? He's a part of SUNDAY ROTC.
