Cosmos, Coke, and Coffee (A Vic Fuentes Imagine)
“Pink or Black?” You ask your best friend. You were going on your first date with Vic Fuentes, from Pierce the Veil. You had gone to his concert and were introduced there through mutual friends and had got on well, you had texted for a week or two before he asked you out properly. All he had told you was to dress like you were ready to party, and to be ready by 10. It was 7:00 you were showered, and stuck between one of two dresses, your favorites actually. The pink one was short (a little above mid-thigh) and strapless; it pulled in at the sides with slashes of black fabric and hugged you curves perfectly. The other was that little black dress type. It hit mid-thigh with small straps and a jeweled belt. “Hmm…I think the pink one” she said and sprinted into your closet. “With these and these and this” she said pulling out a pair of black pumps, a huge pair of hoop earrings and a straightener. “Sit” she order and pointed at your make up table. You obeyed and she plugged in your straightener, while getting out her trusty makeup kit. She set out the choice of makeup, while the straightener heated up. She straightened your hair pin straight, and stuck in some pink extensions to match the dress. She did a smoky dark eye, with pink accents that totally popped your eyes. She added some black bangles and finished it off with a hot pink lip gloss, and a shiny top coat. “Ta Da” she shouted, pride gleaming in her eyes as you squealed and danced around. “I look amazing!” you shrieked and tackled her for a hug. “Nope!” she screamed and grabbed your wrists. “I spent too long on that outfit for you to wreak it over a hug!” she said pushing you back. You laughed as she threw you a black clutch. You sat and talked for a second, you popped in two pieces of cool mint gum, just as the doorbell rang. You both shrieked silently and clicked down to get the door. Your best friend opened and to your surprise, Vic and Kellin Quinn (from Sleeping with Sirens) were standing there with matching smirks. “Hi!” you asked surprised. “He’s not coming with us, he’s here for her” Vic said pointing from Kellin, to your Bff. They had been dating for over a year and he had just gotten back from a 6 month tour. She blushed and Kellin lunged at her they kissed urgently and she half kicked you out the door. As Kellin’s lips fell to her neck she murmured a choppy ‘Have Fun’ before slamming the door. “Well that escalated quickly” Vic said laughing. You laughed and he took the time to rake his eyes over his body. “You look incredible” he said licking his lips. “Pink is Definitely your color” he said huskily. You smirked and walked over to his car; he laughed at your sassy-ness and ran to open your door. You got in and he drove you to huge club, called ‘Bump and Grind.’ You laughed, as he had remembered. You too had been playing questions while texting one night and he had asked where you would like to have your first date and you had said a club. You told him it was a fun place to get to know each other where the atmosphere was flirty and you could really get to know someone. That and if it went wrong you could always go with Plan B, get drunk and see where it takes you. He opened the door and helped you out of the car. You smiled and took his hand, he lead you over to the door cutting in front of the humongous line of people. “Hey Mark how are ya man?” He greeted the bouncer and did that half guy hug thing, they always do. They exchanged words before the bouncer laughed and moved the velvet rope. “Have a good one” he said and moved out of the way. “Don’t let this one” he said point at Vic; “Put the moves on ya.” You laughed and thanked him for the advice. You got in the club, running your eyes over all the bodies grinding on each other and practically doing ‘it’ on the dance floor. “Want a drink?” Vic whispered in your ear. “Ya” you said and sassy walked to the bar. He followed behind laughing, at you. “I’ll take a beer and she’ll have?” he asked looking at you. “A Cosmo” you said smirking at him. The bartender nodded and winked at you, blatantly ignoring Vic, who didn’t look impressed. The bartender flirted shamelessly with you and complimented you like crazy, you brushed him off but Vic was still mad. “Here’s your Cosmo, beautiful Lady” the bartender said and set it down. “I’m Dean by the way”. “I’m (Y/N)” you said sipping at your drink. “And I’m Vic” he said suddenly. “Glad we all know each other, now get me my beer and if she wants anything get it for her and then leave us alone.” He said barely controlling his jealousy. You ordered a Coke, Dean nodded and stalked off, he eventually brought you your drinks, sneaking winks in when Vic was distracted. “Hey man. How ya been?” someone screamed at Vic, he pounded back a shot and excused himself to talk to them. You sat and downed your coke, waiting for your date to return. Dean walked over charming smile back in place, with another Cosmo. “I get off in 10 minutes and if you ditch him” he said thrusting his head in Vic’s direction. “Then we could really have some fun, and I promise I could show you a way better time than he ever could.” “Sorry but the only person I’m ditching is you” you said saucily, downing the drink and walked over to Vic. “Hey baby” he said wrapping an arm around your waist. “I’m gonna go man” he said to the guy and pulled you away. “Mhhm wanna dance” he said in your ear over the loud music. You simply nodded, grabbing his hand and leading him onto the floor. He grabbed your waist and you swayed to the song, letting the music control your intoxicated body. He pulled your hips, making your back hit his chest. You grinded into him and danced along with the music. You two ended up talking while dancing and found out; even though you were loaded you had a lot in common. He was just the kind of person you liked to be around. You two ended up staying until around 1:30, when he told you, that it was time to go. “Why?” you asked pouting. You were drunk while Vic was totally fine to drive, you never could hold liquor well. “Your tipsy” he said “and I promised Kells I’d pick him up at 2:00 so we gotta get back.” “Carry me?” You asked flashing the puppy dog look again, which could bring the toughest of men to their knees. “Ok” he said melting at the look, you stepped out of your shoes and handed them to him. He then scooped you up and said goodbye to Mark on the way out. He skillfully opened the door despite both hand being full, and gently set you inside buckling your seat belt. He stopped at a small coffee shop on the way home, buying you one to clear your head. It worked like a charm. You could already think more clearly and your head was slowly defogging. “Thanks for the coffee” you mumbled, taking another sip. “It’s fine, I just don’t want ya to pass out on me” he said with a cheeky smile. You playfully punched him and he smiled wider. By the time you hit your house, your buzz was gone although you knew you would pay for it in the morning. “Hello?” You screamed into the house, as you opened the front door. “Coming” shouted Kellin from upstairs and a few seconds later he came down looking disheveled, shirtless and confident. Your best friend came down seconds later in Kells shirt, and a pair of her pj bottoms. “It’s not what it looks like we wrestled and I won” she said blushing like crazy. “My prize was I got to keep his shirt.” Kellin laughed from outside and shouted a ‘It’s true’ before getting in the car. You and Vic laughed, as your friend went back upstairs giving you two some privacy. “I had an amazing time tonight” you said grabbing Vic’s hands. He played with your fingers as he spoke. “I had a great time to and I really want to see you again, maybe like a dinner date this time though with no alcohol?” “Agreed” you said as you both laughed, before silence took over. “Can I kiss you?” Vic asked finally. “Yes” you said and he crashed his lips onto yours.
