troyes pov
i walked out of my bedroom, walking around the place i now call home.
i looked around for the bathroom, finding it rather quickly.
the bathroom is also quite large, the walls being blue tiled, the floor white tiled, a bathtub, a separate shower, and just a regular sink and toilet.
i found the kitchen easily, living room too, then i found my roommates room.
i didn't go in, instead i walked into the living room.
it has nice decorations, paintings and the color of the walls are a light brown, a white carpet, a black couch and a coffee table.
i sat on the couch, it being slightly uncomfortable, but it can work.
the front door flew open, causing me to slightly jump.
"got pizza." he smiled, walking over to me.
"im sorry but we like never gave each other our names." i slightly chuckled.
"oh, im jacob." he held out his hand.
"troye." i shook his hand.
"now, you're from australia right?" he asked.
"yeah." i replied.
"why did you ever leave? australia seems so nice."
"i don't really know, i wanted to come here and just find out who i am and meet new people and just live in the experience, and there are so many famous people here." i said.
"oh. that's nice." he said.
"yeah."
i grabbed a piece of pizza, taking little bites.
"do you have a girlfriend?" he asked.
well,
"what? no, im not- no. i don't."
"right," he took a bite of his pizza.
"if it bothers you that my girlfriend will be coming here i can always like go to her place then," he said.
"what? no it's completely fine. i don't mind."
"okay, thank you." he said.
"have you ever had a girlfriend?" he asked.
i felt my cheeks warm up.
"uh, yeah, but it didn't really work out." i said.
i wasnt lying, i forced myself to have a girlfriend when i was thirteen because i was so scared of the thought that i was gay.
"why not?"
"personal issues."
"oh. im sorry." he said.
i took another bite of my pizza.
"do you have a job?" i asked.
"uh yeah actually." he replied.
"where?"
"um a bookstore."
"really?"
"yeah, i check out people's books and stuff." he said.
"that's fun." i said.
"not really, i only get like $8 an hour, but my mom helps with rent and stuff."
rent. i need a job.
"oh my god i need to help pay rent, i totally forgot,"
he chuckled.
"are there any open jobs here?"
"i think like a flower shop or something is looking for people," he stated.
"oh cool." i said.
"so about your girlfriend," i smiled.
"tell me about her."
he blushed, "well, she has bleach blonde hair, green eyes, shes kinda bossy though. and all she ever wants to do is like makeout, and i don't mind its just i'd like to do other things, but other then that she's okay."
i wasnt expecting him to say that.
"what do you mean she's okay?"
"i mean like, she's bossy, but shes also loving and nice." he said.
"oh."
he nodded.
"when can i meet her?" i asked.
"what? oh, uh um maybe in a little while, i mean you uh just moved in and stuff." he studdered.
"okay, cool."
he is starting to act weird.
does he always act like this?
