Stuck in fantasy, needing reality

I'm stuck within this fantasy,
What society makes me believe,
I know the reality,
But my head can't comprehend,
Which one to tend,
Which one to end,
I feel more safe in one,
Than I do the other,
But I'm really more safe,
In the other than this one,
Its all so confusing,
When I can't depict,
Which one I need to stay in,
Some would say reality,
Because its the truth,
Others say fantasy,
Because that's their comfort place,
And they just can't handle the reality,
So they hide,
They seek shelter within themselves,
Even if their minds are worse,
Than the reality itself,
I m stuck in between,
Fantasy and reality,
My visions feel real,
But I know they are fake,
The voices are so loud,
But I know they are just in my head,
I take shelter,
But sometimes my mind is something,
I must get away from,
Because sometimes to stay alive,
You gotta kill your mind

(A/n: credits to twenty one pilots for that last line. I just really love that lyric.)
