Building walls just to break them

Lonesome.
Abandoned.
She was hiding in fear,
Of what she never had,
She built walls that were sky high,
And only the bravest would climb,
But no one would,
Not even you,
Even though you kept willing her,
Willing her to break them down,
So that you could come easy,
And leave easy,
Well it wasn't easy,
Because she already knew,
That what you were saying,
Was to good to be true,
She loved you with all her heart,
But you loved her with half.
