Save me a Spark (A Kellic Fanfic!)

It'll be okay

     *Kellin's POV*

We had been on the road for a while and it was nice looking around the landscape for the ride, it was really pretty. I just had to ignore the fact that Tony was still laying on the floor and looked dead. A few hours into the ride and we had to make an emergency stop for some reason.
The tour manager informs us that there's a tire running very low of air. Not thinking much of it I just continued listening to my music and reading my book getting ready for the show. I was so pumped to be on this tour because this was gonna be good publicity for my band Sleeping with Sirens. Plus I get to hang out with the funnest people on the planet. As we pulled up to the venue I noticed a huge group of fans being held back by gates. Thank god they were cause they would've tore the bus down trying to get to us.

*Vic's POV*

I was sitting down looking out the window on the other side of the bus from where Kellin was. I noticed that he had a little bit of a worried look on his face so I walked over to him."Hey man are you okay?"
"Yes I'm fine just a little nervous about the show."
Oh you'll be fine we all mess up believe me you've got nothing to worry about, the fans love you and they won't really care they'll be too excited to even notice. And I know you don't tour a lot cause your still a bit of a new band but just don't worry."
"Thanks but it's just a little stage fright, you know."
"​Yeah totally dude I get it.​​​​​"

Everyone started getting ready for the show. I sat backstage in my dressing room with Jaime doing vocal warm-ups. After finishing up with that I decided to go find Kellin to make sure he was good.
I could see Justin and Jack giggling about something, They looked up to see me. They just smiled and waved, I of course returned the smile and wave. "What's up guys, Have you seen Kellin around?"
"Last time I saw him he went to the back of the hall." Jack said
"Oh ok thanks, guys." I replied
As I walked down to the end of the hallway and walked in the last door in a room where I noticed that Kellin was sitting in a corner sniffling a little.
"Hey oh my god are you okay!?"
"No I'm not. I just found that Katelynne moved out and took Copeland with her."
Kellin immediately started bursting into tears. I knelled down a gave him a long affectionate hug and whispered in his ear softly,"It'll be okay."

I was just holding Kellin in my arms. SO close to my chest, I didn't want to let him go. "Kellin! KELLIN! KELLIN QUINN WE HAVE A SHOW!"
Kellin pulled away from me and wiped his eyes. "Thanks Vic, I have to go now I'll see you after the show."
He got up slowly and took a deep breath. He put on a smile and walked out (Poor Kellin).

I stood off stage to the left. Watching Kellin sing I could see in his shoulders, so much tension and he was so stiff. He does put emotion into the songs he sings but it was almost like there was too much. After they finished the 3rd song, If you can't hang, he proceed to tell the audience that they were going to play, If I'm James Dean you're Audrey Hepburn. I could tell that he was getting extremely overwhelmed and just wanted to burst into tears but what could I do standing off to the side.
I noticed a tall masculine figure walk up next to me out of the corner of my eye and looked up to see Jaime focused on the performance. I looked down then back at him trying to collect something to say."He doesn't look very happy out there I wish I could do something."
Jaime looked at me and nodded his head a little to agree and begin to tell me,"Well I know that he is your really good friend not just to you but all of us, but all you can do at the moment is hope he stays calm and collected."
"Yeah I know but it just sucks cause I don't wanna just walk out there and mess their set up."
He gave me an agreed look and patted me on the back as he walked away. That's when I started to noticed that some of the band was starting to notice what was going on. I really wished that I could do something about it but I guess Jaime's right I'll have to wait till their set is over.
As they finished the last song I could tell that Kellin was just so ready to get off the stage and he almost didn't tell the fans bye. He walked very fast off the other side of the stage and I tried to run as fast as I could before he locked himself in a room. I managed to see him as he was closing a door and I'm he saw me too cause that door could've chopped my fingers off.
​​​​As I proceeded to say something, Kellin just paced around the room with his hands on top of his head repeating,"It's all my fault."
I lightly grabbed his arm to kind of calm and slow him down,"Kellin no it's not just stay calm it's gonna be ok."
Then he started complaining about how I didn't understand cause I'm not a parent."Kellin look, ok, I might not be one but it's not like I've never cared about someone so much that I would die for them. I know touring can be hard but I know you're suck between two worlds right now, because you don't wanna let your fans down but I know you wanna be there for your family."
"I know but my daughter is my everything to me if something were to happen-"
"I know, I know trust me I do, really."
I then gave him another long hug to calm him down a bit more and said,"Don't feel like you have to stay on tour we can send you home for a few days and bring you back if that's what you wanna do?"

​​​​​"Really are you sure?"
"Yeah Vic I'm sure don't make me change my mind, because to be honest I don't even know where Katelynne is."
"Wouldn't that just make you more worried?"
"No because Katelynne knows that I could call her into court if she doesn't let me talk to Copeland."
