The bad boy is my new best friend

Chapter 9

The next morning I woke up around 11:00. If you can't tell I really like to sleep it is like my favorite thing to do. I grabbed my phone to see if I head any text messages and to my surprise I did.

Cole-you up?

Me-I am now.

I set my phone back down and walked over to my dresser to find an outfit today. I heard my phone go off on my bed so I ran over to see if it was Cole. Why did I get so excited that he may have texted me? I thought to myself.

Cole-do you want to hang out today? We could go to the movies or hang out at my place.

He was asking me to hang out. "I can't believe he is asking me to hang out with him!" I squealed.

Me-um sure pick me up in 15:)

I set my phone back on my bed and started to get ready. I slid on my dark wash jeans and a cute grey sweater. I went to my bathroom and brushed my teeth and curled some pieces of my hair. After I was done getting ready I ran downstairs and ate an apple real fast. I decided to sit inside and wait for him instead of go outside.

A couple minutes later Cole rang my doorbell. I jumped up from the chair at the dinning table and tried to calm my excitement before I opened the door."Hey!" I yelled while hugging him.

"Hey princess," he said making me blush. Why does he have this kind of effect on me,I sighed to myself.

He grabbed my hand and we walked over to his car. I slid into the passengers seat and he got into the drivers seat. He started the car and started driving. "Where are we going?" I asked confused.

"You have to wait and see."

I sighed and crossed my arms over my chest like a 5 year old. I could hear him chuckle next to me.

We were driving for at least 30 minutes when we finally came to a stop in front of a forest. "What is this?"

"You just have to come with me to find out!"

"Do you have some creepy murder house back there that you are going to keep me captive in?" I asked trying to sound as calm as I could because I was so scared.

"Do you seriously think I would hurt you?" He asked raising an eyebrow at me.

I giggled and said, the crazy ones always act nice before they murder you."

He just shock his head an took my hand and started walking us through the woods. We were walking and I didn't see a tree branch on the ground in front of me. I started falling and I put my hands in front of me ready for the fall but it never came. I still had my eyes closed when I realized Cole had his arms around my waist pulling me back to my feet.

A couple more minutes of tripping over sticks and getting smacked in the face with tree branches he finally said, "we're here princess."

I looked up from the ground and what was in front of me was so beautiful. There was grass and flowers everywhere and to my left was a huge waterfall. "How has no one ever showed me this place before?" I thought to myself. It was so perfect and I was speechless.

"Do you like it?" He questioned with happiness filling his eyes when he saw my face.

"I love it!" I screamed jumping on him and wrapping my arms around his neck. He hugged me back and couldn't help but blush at how close we were in this moment. Yes we did kiss a few times but we haven't even talked about it.

"Do you want to go sit down in the grass?" He asked snapping me out of my thoughts.

I nodded and we walked over to the grassy area right in front of the waterfall. "This is really pretty," I told him.

He took my hand in his and looked me in my eyes and said, "Sophia Rose will you be my girlfriend?"

I sat there for a minute completely at loss for words. He just asked me out! He started to get a worried look on his face when I didn't respond to him right away and said, "you don't have to if you don't want to I mean I'm sure you don't even like me with that, I'm so sorry I shouldn't have even asked yo-

I cut him of before he could even finish by leaning in and kissed him right on the lips to keep him from saying anything else.
