"I really, really don’t want to go" I begged to my best friend Emma who lay chest down on my bed, her body devoured in my feather duvet. I was tossing my white iphone back and fore in my hand.

"Please, please, please. No one else will go with me and you're my best friend. I wouldn’t want to go with anyone else" I felt really guilty she really wanted to go to this 5 Seconds Of Summer concert but I really didn’t want to go. "You said yourself that you like their music. Please" she said popping up off the bed and grabbing my shoulders. "It’s five freaking seconds of summer for god damn sake" she said shaking me vigorously after each word.

"Hey I don’t want whiplash" I replied rubbing the back of my neck after she had stopped. "I really don’t want to"

"Why? Why do you not want to go so badly? Is it because you know Beth going too. There are sooo many people we won’t even see her or her minions" she said making me laugh.

"You’re gonna have to trust me on this one. Are the tickets anywhere near the front?"

"Nope, unfortunately I will not get to have eyes sex with Calum; we are right at the back"

"Okay maybe I’ll go"

"Oh my god pleases, please, please. I will take you to Fall out boy". She knew I loved them they were my favourite band; tough she hated them so much it was ridiculous.

"You hate Fall Out Boy"

"Exactly this is how badly I want to go please". She said rising her hands up in a gesture.

"Fine" she squeaked giving me a bone crushing hug.

"We have two hours we need to get to work. I already chose my outfit when I got the tickets. So what can we do for you" she said chewing her lip.

"I’m gonna regret this" I fail letting my body relax. Emma was the type of person that always looked amazing and went shopping whenever she could. Me on the other hand I liked to look nice but it wasn’t a must. She flung open my wardrobe.

"Ummm I think we are gonna have to go to my wardrobe for this one. Come on little one" that was her nick name for me little one seeing as I was ridiculously short for my age. I grabbed my jacket of the bed post swinging it on before grabbing my keys of my wooden chest of draws and following her out of my bed room door. I had nothing against 5 Seconds Of Summer’s music it was something person that made me dislike them and being in the same city as them, let alone the same room made my blood boil.

After an hour and a half of intense hair, make-up and cloths I was finally ready. My blonde hair straightened to my belly button with more than my normal amount of make up on. Emma had outsoared me to wear shorts I wanted to wear jeans but, well if you knew Emma you would understand. I wore distressed shorts with a pretty top to match. The only thing that was y chose was the matching vans. I was so glad she didn’t make me wear heals because honestly I would have fallen over getting out the car.

"Carla you should make this effort every day, you look smoking" Emma said standing back to look at her finished product.

"I’m guessing you’re not gonna let me see myself?" Emma would know I would see myself and want to change.

"I'll take a photo and show you tomorrow" she said pulling out her phone. I did a girly pose propping my hand on my hip and smiling before I heard the click of the camera. "Beautiful. Now let’s go" she said. Emma was going full out in a tight black dress and heels she looked amazing with it, as usual. I jumped into the car it was really warm considering how late in the year and day it was. "Unfortunately we have probably missed the support act but I don’t mind" she said clicking her seat belt into place. I could see the excitement burning at the back of her brown eyes. She did love this band and why does my past have to stop her or even me from having a nice time. I would just have to suck it up and try and let myself go, what would be harder done than said. Surprisingly there were a lot of spaces close to the arena. I parked before proceeding with Emma, how was now practically jumping up and down with excitement. "Why don't you like them look how hot they are" she said as I pushed open the front glass door of the arena, standing face to face with a giant poster of the boys.

"Em I don’t know if I can" I began. "Never mind" I corrected myself remembering how happy she was that I was with her and she was seeing her favourite band. I had known Emma for about six months now when she moved here from the north of Sydney. I handed the man our tickets and turned the corner walking along one of the isles then up the stairs. Every one turned their heads at Emma as she walk confidently past and up to our seats. We were at the end of the row thank god, no awkward shuffle past people. it was like they were waiting for us as soon as we sat down the arena sank into darkness as the screaming raw of the crowd filled my ears. I guess it was starting.
