Hermione's Point of View
__________________

I ran up to my room locking it behind me, so Ginny knows she's not welcome, in this house locking doors doesn't do anything, but people tend to let you be when you lock the door. I rip open the letter and read it quickly:

        Dear Hermione,
Please try to remember that YOU kissed ME while you read this. Do you like me? Even a little? Are you going to come back? Do you want to come back? Can we meet up somewhere other than my house if you want to see me again? Do you want to see me again? Do you want to talk to me? Do you even want to send letters back and forth? Do you want to come over later? Or maybe tomorrow?

                                From,
                                    Draco

I grab a quill and parchment off of my desk and write a quick letter answering his questions. Then I read it, to make sure it makes sense.

        Dear Draco,
I vividly remember that I kissed YOU, I didn't need a reminder, I wouldn't pin what I did on you. I think I might come back, but I don't know, I'll have to get away from Ginny. I do want to come back but again it depends if I can get away from Ginny. I don't know that it would be wise to be seen out in public, but we could maybe see if it was in a muggle populated area. Yes I want to see you again. Of course I want to talk to you. If you don't answer this letter you will be in big trouble, like major hex trouble. I don't know if I can get back over later, Ginny and I have had a girl's night planned for weeks, sorry, maybe tomorrow. The first question will be answered upon seeing each other again.

From,
Hermione

I sent the letter and sighed. Did I like Draco Malfoy? And how? KNOCK KNOCK. "I'm ready." I say just making a decision. I unlock the door and Ginny comes in. She smiles, "Let's go." I nod but all I can think about is getting away from Ginny later and going to Draco's. We walk down the streets of Europe admiring the lights and Ginny pulls me into shop after shop. I eventually get a dress, just to make her happy, by this time all the shops are closing. We leave the stores and Ginny apparates us back to the burrow. We land and she tells me that she's exhausted and she leaves to go to her room. I put a spell on her that will tell me if she is asleep and when the spell tells me that she is I apparate out of my room in the new, dark green, low cut, short dress that I'd bought. It was also strapless. I walked to the front door and knocked. A few seconds later the door opened. I walked in. "Hello Draco." I say placing a hand on my hip. He grins. "Hello Hermione." "How're you?" "I'm fine," he says, not paying attention to anything other than the dress. "My eyes are up here." I say snapping my fingers. He looks up, "Right. Sorry, I thought I saw a, no I'm not even gonna lie, I was staring." "Obviously." He turns red, "It's just." "Yeah, that was the point." "You put on makeup?" "Yeah. Do you like it?" I asked, putting on a pout to show him my red lips at their best. "Yeah." "So does this answer you're question?" "What question?" "Yes, I like you." He sucked in a breath and I stepped up to him, "Even if it's just a little bit." He stares at my eyelids, which were covered in dark green eyeshadow. "You do," He asks. "Yeah, I do, Draco." He steps back quickly, seeming to be woozy from my close proximity. "Let's go watch TV." He murmurs. "But aren't I better than any TV." "Yeah, but only when you don't try so hard." "I'm not even trying yet." He smirks, "Don't start. Ever." I lean up on my tiptoes and he tips his head to me. I manage to get my lips on his, barely, but then he lifts me up and holds me to his chest. I feel his tongue slide over my lip, asking me for entrance and I open it slightly. His tongue slithers its way into my mouth and I feel the back of the couch against my back. I kissed him passionately and he moved his hand to my zipper, I didn't stop him until he started to unzip it. "Please don't, I'm not ready," I gasped. He zipped my dress back up and continued to kiss me. He moved his lips over mine like it was natural, even if we'd only shared a few kisses. I found that it did feel natural, much more natural than kissing Ron ever had. I didn't feel the need to be good at it, only to kiss him. We kissed for who knows how long and when we were finished we sat down on the couch and watched TV.

I leaned my head on his shoulder, he put his arm around mine. It got dark, then it got late. We both fell asleep on the couch. I woke up to the feel of unease. Draco was tense beside me watching the news. "Draco what's wrong." "My father was sighted near here. You need to go home." "I'm not leaving you." "He'll kill you if he comes here." "He'll kill you if he finds out I was here anyway. We might as well die together." "that's not all. I got a note this morning. It said: I killed him -L. I burned it, it freaked me out. He was here Hermione, while we were asleep. He could've killed us then." "But he didn't and I'm not leaving." "You need to so Weasley doesn't get suspicious." "Then you're coming with me." "No." "Yes. I'm either staying here or you're coming with me take your pick." "I'll be down in a minute, I just need to shower." I nodded. When he left a note appeared, My son is next mudblood, good luck protecting him -L. I read it and threw it in the fire.
