I was sitting on the couch in my boxers watching television when my doorbell rang. I rushed to my  room to get dressed and then ran for the door. When I opened the door Kylie was there and her face reddened. She's a friend from school, beautiful blonde hair that flows down her back in waves, soft grey eyes, freckles sprinkled across her face, and a short girl with a strong build. I couldn't figure out why she was embarrassed so I looked down. I forgot my pants...

"Um, hi Kylie," I quickly moved to block my midsection behind the door, letting her in.

"Are you sure this is a good time?" she asked.

"Um, yeah I just got out of bed," I said, "So what's up?"

"I uh, I just wanted to come by and see how things were going...." her face reddened yet again.

"Oh," I closed the door. I looked at her. She was hot, nice body, pretty hair, full lips. I've always thought she was hot but I never expected her to show up here.

"I was wondering if you wanted to uh, maybe go to the movie later...by chance?" I looked her straight in the eye and she slowly looked down at her feet.

"And you want to go with me?" She smiled shyly and nodded. I know this will sound cheesy but... "I would be honored to go with you." She smiled and laughed. I wish she knew just how much I loved that laugh.

Later that night I was at her house ready to pick her up. I dressed up as nice as I could without putting on a suit and tie. I was wearing a nice red t-shirt, a black blazer, and a pair of nice jeans but when she came out she beat my twenty times over. She was wearing a green dress that flowed at the bottom and made her hair pop. There was also a small necklace around her neck that I noticed she always wears. She made me speechless. Her face reddened.

"You look amazing!" I said. She looked up and smiled.

"You aren't to bad yourself." she said as she hopped in the car. The car ride to the theater was only about twenty minutes but I learned a lot about Kylie in that time. When we got to the theater I asked her what movie she wanted to see.

"Surprise me," she whispered. She wouldn't let me pay for her ticket or all of her food so we both ended up paying half for a large popcorn, a large drink, and a huge bag of candy. I decided to take her out to eat after the movie.

"You are letting me pay this time." She just glared at me. That only made me laugh. We went to a diner. I did't want it to be too fancy since we weren't on an official date or anything. We ordered bread sticks and some burgers and fries. The bread sticks came out first as always. She sat there twirling around her bread stick.

"So, are you having any fun?" I asked. She smiled and nodded. I wanted to keep the conversation going so I decided to ask something bold. "So, would that mean you would like to go on a date with me?" She blushed slightly.

"Aren't we typically on one right now?

"Do you want it to be?" She smiled and scooted closer on her stool. I felt her hand grip mine.

"I would love that." She replied.

"So you're okay with the fact that we shared food at the theater?"

"Perfect," her smile widened.

WEDNESDAY AFTER SCHOOL

Football was rough this week. Apparently we have to be able to run for two hours and not be tired and exhausted. He gave us a small break after thirty minutes but still. How can he expect that from us?
