You inwardly groaned as you saw Harry kiss Ginny. You always had to compete with him for her attention, but he always won. But today, you were going to tell her. You were going to tell Ginny Weasley that you loved her.
"Hey Y/N." She said, snapping you out of your thoughts.
"Hi Ginny." You replied, smiling at her.
She smiled and blushed. You grabbed her hand and strolled around Hogwarts with her. The two of you finally arrived at the edge of the Forbidden Forest and you turned to her.
"Ginny. I really want to tell you something." You said, nervously.
"Okay, go ahead." She replied, smiling at you.
"Alright. So, I love you. Like, I really love you. And I know you're with Harry and you don't feel the same way about me. But you should know that you belong with me. Not him." You told her.
She looked up at you, slightly surprised. Then she pressed her lips to your cheek.
"I love you too, Y/N." She said.
