You and Hermione had both grown up in Muggle homes. You both had a lot in common. The one thing you didn't have in common, was cooking. Hermione was great at it, while you had never learned. She was staying with you during the summer and you wanted to impress her. So you woke up before her one morning and decided to make bacon and eggs. You were doing alright with the eggs, but you had no idea what you were doing with the bacon. Soon, you felt two arms wrap around your waist.
"Good morning beautiful." Hermione whispered in your ear.
"Good morning love." You smiled.
"Are you cooking?" She asked.
"Yes, but I have no idea how to cook bacon." You pouted.
She turned you in her arms and pressed a soft, sweet kiss to your lips.
"I'll teach you." She said.
After a few minutes, you started to get the hang of making bacon. You finished everything and sat it down on the table. Hermione began to eat and you did too.
"This actually isn't terrible." You stated, surprised.
Hermione laughed and pecked your cheek.
"I knew you could do it."
