A/N: I hope to keep Melinda as the main character, so here is a chapter starting in her view.

Melinda's POV

I pulled myself from my resting position as I glanced into the globe once more, curious on how the TPs' were doing. I was also keen to know what Jessilyn had set up for them, being the Nymph of the Soul. I was not really experience with the nymphs and wanted to get to know their magical ways better. Jessilyn, similar to the other nymphs, had also not told us what she decided to set up for the TPs – making it a motivation for me to view her task for the TPs.

I looked at the TPs expression and realised that Diligent had a look on his face that showed that he was almost scared that he would be the one getting removed this time. I think he found it embarrassing that each Keeper of the Scroll pointed out one's weakness in front of their colleagues and trainees. I guessed Careful felt the same as they stood in front of a wall in the open space. A wall of magic that seem to be too clear for anyone's liking, even mine. I know, however, Jessilyn would make use of the clear wall for the TPs' next test.

I saw Moonlight trying to get some rest by closing her eyes and trying to calm herself down by taking in deep breathes in and out. I could tell that she was trying to concentrate on her fingers as she was playing with them. On a whole, you could tell all the TPs were nervous and it was then when Jessilyn came - when they were all unprepared.

I looked closely into the globe as I remembered how light-hearted the TPs seemed when they took the test I set them as if it was no challenge, especially Thomas. In fact, I was surprised when I read their thought to find he was literally trying to hide his fear when he went down into the sea.

"Hello TPs, you are almost there. Just a bit more..." Jessilyn started before adding, "In fact you only have one more test to pass after this. For my test, all you have to do is pass this wall and give up all past memories of your life. You'll just have your knowledge once you pass this test, no emotional memories. Pass the wall or stay here forever," Jessilyn told them before disappearing into what the TPs called as nothing.

I shook my head as I saw the TPs horror but both trained TPs, trying to show they cared for the world more even though they felt afraid - volunteered to go first.

"I'll go in first at meet both of you at the end," both Careful and Diligent said while Moonlight raised her eyebrow.

"Sure? If you want to that is," she said before closing her eyes. I could tell she had a strong and caring heart that cared for the world but she also knows that if she forget every emotional memory she had in the past, it will also hurt her close ones. She watched as both Careful and Diligent pass the wall of magic - both trying to hide their fear just like what they did for all the other tests they had to pass.

"You can always make more," I heard her tell herself as she walked pass the wall, sighing but smiling contently at herself that she could always make more while doing something for her country.

Moonlight's POV

I found myself feeling surprise that I still remembered every single memory I made with my love ones as I crossed the wall but I saw Diligent and Careful struggling to do so. They seemed to have just woke up from a bad nightmare that all the memories they made were just a dream. It was only then the fairy appeared.

"Well done, one's positive attitude as he or she passes through the wall would have allowed one to remember all their memories," she spoke as she glanced over Careful and Diligent, "as for you both, I would have to remove one of you. It would be you Diligent. You possess the most negative attitude among the 3 but before you go, here is your memory."

She waved her hand over Diligent and he stopped struggling as if he woke up from a horrible dream. She moved on to Careful next and waved her hand over her, Careful immediately stopped struggling and heaved a sigh of relief.

I sighed as I turned away...one last test before we get to the scroll. Two people left to decide from, I really wonder if it would be Careful or I who sees the scroll. I did not want to though. After all, it holds great responsibility to be the only one who views the scroll and I know we will need all the luck we could get for our next test.

"Go into this portal, it'll send you to your next destination," the fairy's voice broke my train of thoughts as she conjured up the portal. Careful and I nodded as we took the first step into our last test...

A/N

I totally forgot about this part until moments ago, and hence, I did not thoroughly edit this through. I still hoped you enjoy it though!

This chapter was also inspired by Winx Club and I may have borrowed the mirror scene from Season 3 of the cartoon. Anyway Winx fans out there? Comment here!

Ready to find out the one who gets to see the scroll? Move on to the next chapter!

Thanks for reading and if you enjoyed the story, a vote would be appreciated!
