Maya was home alone. Kira lives right next door. Avia and Dominic knocked on Maya's door. Maya was wondering who would be up at 7 a.m.
A/N: okay lets just pretend theres no elite team and she just dances at the studio :)
Dominic told Maya that Avia has news.
Avia walked in and said, "Well it happened... my dad left my mom."
Maya said, "I've been through that."
She walked over to Avia and put her on her lap.
Avia questioned, "What happens next Maya?"
Maya asked, "When people you love suddenly start to leave?"
Avia nodded.
Maya answered with a shot in her voice, "Well, you'll sit by yourself for a while and you'll try to figure it out.... and you'll blame yourself. But it isn't your fault. Most important thing to do while this is happening is you stay with your best friend."
Avia hugged Maya. Maya was sobbing. She knew exactly how she felt. Dominic was there and he wrapped his arms around her. Avia on Maya's lap and her arms around her just like a family.
