I finished writing Off The Grid! All that's left is to edit and post the chapters.
I'm going to do a QnA at the end of the book like I did with Deception, so that's when I'll answer the questions about Maeve.
Go ahead and continue to ask question about the book because I would love to answer any that you may have. Some can be like 'How did you think of Maeve?' or something like that. It can be about the book or it can be about anything else relating to the book.
Question: What do you think about Maeve and Danny's relationship?
Thank you so much for reading and enjoy!!

"GET SOME SLEEP." Maeve tossed one last pillow to Li.
All the boys were spread out on the ground with heaps of pillows, blankets, and sleeping bags to keep them comfy. The wooden table was pushed against the wall to create more space for them.
Maeve leaned against the doorway back to the front of the shop. Her hair was up in a messy bun whilst sporting an oversized shirt with plaid pajama pants. The ends of her feet were shoved into a pair of old worn timberlands that Maeve had since she was 13.
Everyone was tired and worn out from all of the things they had to do to get ready for their showcase on New Year's Eve. Maeve watched as everyone got comfortable in their spots on the hard ground.
"I know it's not a penthouse." Maeve admitted, letting out a small sigh. "But-"
"It's perfect." Dylan answered from the other side of the room. He slipped out of his pillow fort and made his way over to the ringleader. "Especially when you brought more pillows than anticipated."
Merritt and Danny mumbled in agreement as they tried swimming out of their comfortable positions inside the pile of pillows and blankets to join the two horsemen. Jack stayed sitting on the ground as he watched the heart-felt moment from afar.
"C'mere pumpkin." Merritt opened his arms wide and squished Maeve against the wall as he hugged her. Dylan let out a laugh and even Danny cracked a quick smile.
Jack let out a small sigh and turned away from them. Li noticed and placed a hand on his shoulder in comfort. "Go tell her." He said. Jack's eyes lingered on him for a few seconds longer before laying down on his back with his eyes fixated on the ceiling.
"Okay." Maeve croaked out, hitting Merritt's back to let him know that he was killing her. Once he realized what she was trying to say, he loosened his grip and mumbled, "Sorry."
"Don't want to get too close." Maeve joked, slipping out from under him.
"Why not?" Merritt chucked. "It's not like we're going anywhere."
Maeve looked down at her shoes. "Yeah." She lied, not wanting to say anything more. Merritt smiled and placed his hand on Maeve's shoulder before walking back to his sleeping spot on the floor.
