I was scared of what I did. I was scared of what my mother would say. I was scared. This never happened before.
My head started to pound and I closed my eyes, holding my ears as if I was blocking out a very loud sound. It was like my mind was searching for memories or thoughts that weren't even there. I couldn't comprehend what was happening to me, at all.
I grew in fear and worry. That couldn't have been me, back at the park, who did that to Goldilocks. No, it couldn't have. I've never done that before.
I couldn't fall asleep at night knowing that I very badly hurt Goldilocks. What if the other kids tell on me? I'm gonna be in big trouble.
