'shut the fuck up you stupid alarm,' i said as i slammed my alarm clock off. ugh , today is the first day of school. i dont wanna go because im gonna be the ' new girl '. ill probably be made fun of &' i probably wont have any friends . i got out of bed and walked over to my closet . i picked out a white flowy tank top , green army jacket, ripped jean shorts, and white high top converse. I decided just to leave my hair as it was.

i got ready and went downstairs to the kitchen. breakfast was waiting on the bar as always. waffles and sausage w/OJ. after i finished eating i brushed my teeth and grabbed my backpack.

' cam hurry the hell up or we're gonna be late !' i yelled .

' ok ok , i'll meet you in the car ' he exclaimed .

//skip car ride//

we pulled up to the school and it was pretty large.

' ha , good luck sis,' cameroon said as we got out the car.

' wow , thanks jackass, ' i said walking away .

"here sweetie , locker 326" the lady said handing me my combination code. i had gone up to the office to get my combination.

"yeah , thanks, ' I said giving her a smile. i was walking to my locker when i saw a boy and a girl . i got closer and realized they were standing at my locker. the boy was literatly eating the other girls face( definition; making out pretty aggressive ).

the boy was wearing a leather jacket. i could already tell he was one of those 'bad boys' that every girl in the school wanted to be with. ha , except for me. im not like that and i don't plan on it.

i got to the locker and tried opening it. the girl rolled over onto my locker, nearly crushing my fingers. she let out a light moan .

the fuck .

"excuse me." i said  politely. the boy just looked me up and down sticking his tounge even farther in her mouth .

oh hell no .

"um , can you guys move. you're kinda on my locker, ' i said politely , yet i wanted to punch them both . they just stood there , continuing to suck each other's face. it got to a point where i  couldn't stand it anymore.

"ok maybe i wasn't  clear enough. can you go eat this girls face somewhere that isn't on my locker? thanks .i said . the boy pulled away instantly , and the girl looked flushed and her hair was such a mess.

'i'll see you later?" the girl said latching onto his leather jacket.

'yeah , maybe later.' he said as he kissed her neck.

'okay.' she said as he kissed her neck.

she walked away but the boy stayed.

'so you must be new?' he said looking me up and down for the second time.

'yeah, i am , not that it's any of your business ,' i said as i put my books into my locker. a smirked curved onto his lips .

'you should go, wouldn't want to be late to class now would you?" i said.

'ah, ur a goody goody arent you?" he said rolling his eyes and sounding cocky.

'you know what? you dont know me, so go walk along and suck on another girls neck." I said rolling my eyes and opening my locker. "Oo! Fiesty." he said biting his lip which made me turn red. He walked away and I shut my locker, I then took out my schedule.

' first period, algebra . room 435 ' i said as i read the paper. i walked into the classroom and all eyes were on me.

" hello, you must be alecia ?" she said.

" yes, that's me" I said smiling.

"okay sweetie, well I'm mrs.delgato, go ahead and take a seat next to jacob." she said pointing to the back of the class.

I sat in the desk next to him but i couldnt see the face because they were turned around.

"excuse me, mr.sartorius ? ms.rivers ? this is not a makeout spot. ms.rivers please sit in your seat correctly. mr.sartorius , same goes for you. ' she said turning her attention back to the board.

"wow, is this school made up of fuck boys? ' i mumbled .

the boy turned around after coming up for air after eating a face .

" you ?" i said as he turned around. it was the same boy that was shoving his tounge down that girls throat by my locker. this time he was with another girl.

" jacob ?" i said.

" yeah, wait a sec your that girl that was giving me shit for making out with leslie weren't you?" he said crossing his arms.

"yeah im that girl, and that leslie girl seems pretty desperate if you ask me" i said getting out my notebook.

" true as it may be, but shes hot." he said.

" well you seem to have moved on to another girl. how many girls do you stick your tounge into a day?" i said raising one eyebrow looking him in the eyes.

" woah, your eyes are...wow." i said. completely regretting the words the slipped from my mouth.

" thanks babe" he said smirking.

" wait i said that out loud?" i said.

" sure did." he said smiling. his teal braces peaked through.

" well i didn't mean it like that anyway, so don't think like that sartorius."

" sure you didnt , alecia"  he said staring down at my notebook that had my name on it.

" ms.banes ? mr.sartorius ? please stop talking. " the teacher said. damn it. i already got in trouble and its barely my first day.

" sorry mrs.delgato, won't happen again." i said sitting up in my desk.

" woah, you really are a goody goody arent you." jacob said rolling his eyes.

" shut up jacob. why dont you actually listen to the teacher, oh wait, or are you going for that bad boy, fuck boy reputation?" i said slightly sounding mad.

" whats your deal? why don't you ever just break the rules? whats so wrong with that?" he said .

" but sometimes rules are good. " i said trying to pay attention.

" but sometimes its good to break the rules." he said with a smirk on his face.

" not always though." i fired back.

" well im gonna do whatever i want to do, and no one, not even you, can stop me." he said looking at me.

" well dont let me tell you what to do" i said looking at him.

" i won't ." he said. we were staring into each others eyes for what seemed like ever.

" well i guess thats your  business,  now isnt it." before he said anything else, i cut  him off and started doing my work.

he was gonna be a problem.
