As her heartbeat slowed, their feet ran faster. As her breathing started to slowly fade, their shouts grew louder.
The police men at her doorstep broke the door down, and ran inside, the paparazzi swarmed the place outside shouting questions and insults at Daisy's five friends as they ran inside after the police who had to get back up forces so the paparazzi wouldn't get inside, the police officers went inside and started searching for her everywhere.
Brooklyn's first thought was to run to her bedroom, so he did and Shawn along with Kian ran after him, he opened her bedroom door but they found nothing, but he didn't stop, he went out in the balcony but didn't find her.
He groaned and kicked a chair then sat on her bed, feeling defeated, he looked around the room and found a dark red spot coming out of the bathroom causing his eyes to widen, he got up and tried to open the bathroom door but he failed.
He took a deep ragged breath and stepped away from the door then brought his leg up and kicked the doorknob, the door opened and he hesitated whether to open it or not looking at her four friends as they looked at the blood, he choked back a sob when he pushed the door open and looked at her almost absolutely lifeless pale body.
Shawn and Kian instantly ran inside and Shawn took her in his arms as tears fell down her friends and lover's faces, Brooklyn shook his head as he shut his eyes tightly, letting the tears stream. She laid lifeless in Shawn's arms as the paramedics ran inside and were quick to snatch her from Shawn's arms.
"There's still pulse!"One of them shouted as they put her in the van.
Brooklyn and Madison got in the van with her and the three boys took Jack's Jeep to the hospital, the three boys were crying when Jack shouted, trying to stop crying and get them to do the same, "Shut up! We know she's gonna wake up! We know Daisy will be fine!"
"She always woke up,"Kian nodded in agreement, "She always did."
"What if she didn't?!"Shawn yelled from the backseat, "What if this time wasn't like every time?! If she's gone, I lose my purpose! If she's gone, I lose my best friend! If she's gone, I lose my first love! If she's gone I lose my fucking self!"
"She won't be! Don't be a fucking pessimist, Shawn, your girl is strong."Jack said as he took a left and wiped his tears.
"Don't leave me, please, baby girl."Brooklyn cried and wiped his eyes.
"Brooklyn, Daisy's strong."Madison said softly.
"She was for so long, Madison, she was strong for much too long for a sixteen year old, but her state now doesn't say the same."He whispered brokenly.
"Don't worry, young man, she'll make it."The nurse said with a smile.
