Family Barbecue pârt 2•

*****in the car*****

"Harry we can't turn up without a gift...we need to get something to say thank you..!" you scream
"We need to stop at a near by fancy shop we'll get some champagne and wine and maybe a card" you whispered unbuckling your seatbelt running towards the shop trying to hurry

"Got it" you screamed holding out a posh wine bottle and a some chocolates for the family
"Okay let's get this road trip started" Harry shouted as he switched on the car again getting excited for the barbecue

•••30 mins later•••

It was about time we reached felt like hours we have been traveling but we're here.
DING DONG.
You knock on the door hoping for Gemma to open the door.
"Hello, my happy couple!" Ann screamed as she opens up the door immediately going in for a hug
"hiya mum, how are you..?" Harry spoke as we walked in closing th door behind up greeting each other
"I'm good sweetie" she replied
"Just going to the loo see yah in the garden" Harry spoke as he ran up the stairs leave in you alone with his mum
"Hey Anne, it lovely to see you after ages?" You spoke gently as you gifted her the stuff you had brought
"You too darling.. How have you been, how's the new house?"she asked guiding you to the kitchen to give you a drink
"Iv been good feeling a little bit sick last week but I'm getting better! And the house is alright a guess it's still finishing off with the decorations but it's looking really nice."you speaking taking a sip of you drink
Soon later your in the garden and Harry is introducing you to all his family•••
"Hey guys this is my girlfriend Y/N!"
You slowly made your way to everyone greeting them as they all tell stories about Harry when he was little to Live up the mood so it wasn't awkward but things went well and you felt right in place
Harry's Grandma was the best. She was cute and sweet and was very welcoming
She made me sit down next to her as she told me a lot of things about Harry and how he was special to her

We all played games and ate while we talked and gossiped about funny silly things while waiting for the sun to set
It was getting late and cold but we were all still sitting around the fire getting cosy but I was slowly drifting away on Harry's shoulder completely knocked out in a matter of seconds...
I was woken up a few hours later by Harry as he was trying to carry me in the sore bedroom as we were staying over for the day
"Common baby lets get you upstairs" he whispered trusting not to fully wake me up
"Are you taking advantage of me" I spoke out in a quote giggle to show Harry I was awake making us both laugh
"Never baby" he said as he was giggling to what I had just said
"We're you going" he spoke in a shock as if I was running away
"Uuumm to the bathroom" you laughed as he was taking if his clothe to get to bed
As you were both finally done with getting ready for bed you were now cuddling and taking about how good the barbecue was.
"I really love your family Harry, there so kind and welcoming... Thank you for bringing me" you spoke gently as you were finally drifting to sleep
"I'm glad you enjoyed it, night gorgeous, I love you" Harry whispered  as he placed a soft kiss on you head slowly falling asleep in each other's arm
