I looked up to find three orange jump-suited felons all pointing a laser gun at my face. "Hey guys," I said with a small smiled. "Has anyone ever told you it's not polite to laser guns at people?"
"You're that random girl who appeared in that flash of light..." Moralo stated very obviously.
"What do you want?" Cad Bane burst into Moralo's captain obvious rant. He looked angry. See, because I knew a fair amount about this particular bounty hunter, I was aware he that he was a very no nonsense kind of guy. He was calm, but hot headed. His outbursts of anger normally consisted of him torturing or betraying you in some form or another, or, if you were expendable, he would just shoot you and get it over with. Ranko, aka: Obi wan, was standing in silence, trying to avoid my my gaze at all costs (you know, because we "don't know each other").
In response to Kad's question, I replied "Just don't really 'want' anything..." I stood up and began to brush myself off like there wasn't three guys standing there pointing armed laser blasters at me. "See, I'm just here to make sure everything goes according to plan...."
"What do you mean?" Morals asked.
"Well, if you want the direct answer with least amount of words, I'm here to make sure you succeed..."
"What!? Duku didn't say anything about sending help!"
"That's because Duku didn't send me, Fate did."
"Fate!? Who is...."
He didn't get the chance to finish before Kad Bane interjected, "I don't care who sent you! You are not coming with us!! I already have to split my pay with this idiot (points to a very silent Ranko Hardeen)..."
"That's okay," I said, "I'm not getting paid for this. So, this job is payment free!"
"In that case you'll just slow is down, and you're probably a spy for the republic. (To everyone but me) Let's ditch this wench..."
I interceeded before this could go any further, "Good luck with that!"
"With what?"
"'Ditching' me. See, Fate sent me here, which means this is where she wants me, which means I'm not going anywhere. You could try to kill me, or even push me out of the ship right now so that I'm be forever lost to the outer reaches of space, but the result will be the same. I will come right back to you in a bright, blinding flash alive and well, and you'll be stuck with me until Fate sends me somewhere else." I shrugged. I wasn't accepting this; I just wanted to go home, but if I showed this to these guys, bad stuff. So I went for the nonchalant approach.
I was deeply praying that theses guys would just take the bait and not cause me extra trouble. I think Fate helped a little here because they lowered their blasters and only gave me one small warning from Kad Bane that weren't something like this: "If you do anything to jeopardize this mission, I will personally sell you to the Huts for profit."

We had been on this swamp plant for a while now. I was sitting at a table outside of some random shop drinking a strawberry lemonade that I pulled out from my backpack and was watching the episodes of Star Wars The Clone Wars that I was in to brush up on my knowledge. Except fit a few minor hiccups, everything had happened just as it was supposed to so far. I already knew what was going to happen when we got here, so I decided to sit outside this shop and wait for everyone to finally meet up.So, here's what you missed while you were gone:
Ranko crashed the ship into the swamp. It sank, leaving no wreckage or trail. We walked into this swamp village that I hadn't left since I say in this chair. The guys went to a pawn shop to get some gear and student clothes, because, let's face it, none of them could pull off bright neon orange.
Ranko went to buy a new ship while Moralo and Kad went to get some weapons and secretly betray Ranko to the Hut's. Ranks was captured and tortured for information while Moralo and Kad got away in the ship Ranko bought. They were soon forced to crash and destroy evidence of the ship because Ranko have the Hut's the tracking frequency to the tracker he put on their skip. He escaped.
