  Juniper POV~
"Juni"
"Junebug"
"Juniper"
"Juniper Maybus!"

"What? What? Did I space out again?" I gave my best friend a nervous smile and pulled my jacket closer to my body.
"Did you space out again?" His voice dripping with sarcasm. "Junebug, I have been trying to get you attention for the last five minutes" he answered starting to look a little worried. He pause for a moment thinking before looking me right in the eye and asking, "are you sure you want to do this because we can come back next year if you want. I am prepared to walk out of this line right now if you are not ready for this" he stressed.
"NO!" I answered a little to quickly. "I need to do this. If I walk out of this line now I may never get the courage to come back."
He looked at me warily before saying o.k. and turning back towards where all the dancers were being herded into the theater.

You probably are really confused at the moment. Let me help. Lets start with Hi. My name is Juniper Maybus. That best friend I mentioned earlier, that's Caspian Jones. Right now we are waiting in line to audition for season 14 of the popular show So You Think You Can Dance. (AN- I know they are doing the next generation thing now but just go with it.) We are all standing in line waiting for the theater to open and everywhere you look you see someone dancing. And I can't help but think, They are all so much better than me, what am I even doing here. And the fact that it is freezing outside is not helping my nerves.
"Juni, if you pull that jacket any tighter around you it is going to meld to your body" Casp stated only looking at me from the corner of his eye.
"Well if we hadn't been here since three in the morning I wouldn't be so cold right now" I stated trying to hide my nerves behind sarcasm, but of course Caspian could see right through it. He turned to me while taking off his sweatshirt and placing it around my shoulders then resting his hands on my shoulders and looking me directly in the eyes.
"They are going to love you Junebug." He kissed the top of my head before turning the the front of the line that had started moving.
Oh god I hope they like me. Please like me...Please.
Then I took a deep breath and stepped into the theater.

And so it begins.
This the first story that I am writing that I have really big plans for. So I am kind of new at this so I can use all the help I can get. So please comment and leave suggestions for me. My account on Quotev is called JustANormalGirl.
