May I Please Play?

She sat on the couch watching her siblings. Who you might ask? June. Her siblings Silver, Iron, and Sterling were all seemingly having the time of their lives playing together. They didn't like her due to her size. Since she was small she had gotten hurt much more easily. When she whined they got in trouble by their mother Chloe.

"Why cant they just accept me for who I am. Its not like I wanted to be this small." June mutters to herself. She watches as Sterling, her sister pounces on Iron. Silver pounces on Sterling and they both tumble with Silver on top. They continue playing as if their lives were complete. As if June never existed. June lowers her head and sighs.

She lies down in a little silver and white ball. And continues watching them. They continue playing. Juneheart bounces up. She gives a little growl. "No I wont lie here in envy watching them. Ill just go ask them if I can join" She mutters to herself. She looks down at the floor from the couch and gulps. Her mother helped her get up on the couch but her mother isint here now. What shall she do? She doesn't want to yell for help to make her seem more helpless. "I'll have to jump if I want to prove that im not helpless. I cant get hurt. Can I? I'll most likely land on all fours. I pray I can!" She thinks to herself.

She glances down. She bends down her rump high in the air. She runs then jumps then she plummets and hits the ground landing on all fours. She gives a little smile. She looks at her siblings and races to them. "Um...y-you guys." June says shyly as she stares at them. Her red eyes wide.

The kits stop playing and stare at her. They get up and sit. "What is it runt?" Iron says giving her an evil glare with his yellow eyes. June gulps.

"Um may I please play with you guys?" she asks.
