The cat snarled. "If you were smart enough, you would shut your mouth runt" I stared at him. I could feel every cats eyes staring at me, waiting. I was smart enough to keep quiet. But I had to prove myself worthy some type of way. But do I really have to prove anything to anyone? Will starting a fight with this cat actually prove anything?

"Appears that you are." the cat said smugly. Whispers started to flow through the audience again. "Quiet down!" Blue star commanded. The whispers died down once more. " I am smart enough. But I didn't quiet down for you. Why would I listen to a cat who deserves no respect?" I said. He didn't respond. Instead he was thinking. I turned to Blue star "Mrs. Blue star will starting a fight prove anything? I know it'll show my strength but... I can't fight. St-starting a fight is suicidal for me"

"Hm...appears you would rather do this in an non violent way" she replied. I nodded "..I would prefer to just join and learn the ways without making enemies.." I stared at her as she thought. I wonder if any cat was astounded by my smart decisions and words. I am very young but my mother raised me well. "..Very well." Blue star said. "What! Your going to let her join just because of what she said?" the cat exclaimed. "Its a wise decision. She is very young Cold Heart. I'm the leader so I make the decisions." Blue star replies sternly. "Bluestar think. That's another mouth too feed. It'll be worse in leaf bare!" Cold Heart exclaims. "Cold Heart that's enough!" Bluestar hisses. Cold heart opens his mouth but then shuts it. He then glances away. Bluestar looks back over at me. "I'll let it slide this time. You don't seem to be in good shape to fight. To thin. Your claws are even dull." Oh so now she's a critique?

"What is your name again? I apologize" she asks "June..." I answer. She shakes her head "Ah yes. Junepaw." I cock my head to the side giving a confused look. "June paw?... But why?" I asked. I remembered she told me earlier but I never asked why. I could hear the mutters of cats in the crowd calling me names such as mouse brain. "Paw is added to show you are an apprentice, learning the ways of the clan. " Blue star says. I lift my head upright "Oh..." I give a sheepish smile. I really have a lot to learn...

Bluestar turned her attention back to the clan watching us. "Junepaw has now entered our clan. Please treat her kindly. She is now one of us after all. This meeting is now over please dismiss." Cats start to chat and pad away. Bluestar looks at me "Ah Junepaw do you know about Star Clan?" I shake my head "Nope. Why?" I ask. "I just thought you might of heard about it somewhere at least. Let me tell you about it. Star Clan is our heaven, all good cats who believe will go there when they pass on. All our ancestors watch over us right now. Our medicine cat..."

-------Some Time Later-----

I walked off looking for a place to rest. Bluestar said something about an apprentince den... I peeked in a den seeing many cats, some gave me a harsh look. "Get out of here runt this is the warriors den." a cat spat. I nodded and walked off. Every cat is so cruel.. I think I'll go find my own resting place. Just to avoid them. I kept walking around but I found no empty dens. "What are you still doing out? Get in the den" a male voice said. I looked behind me seeing a large male cat. "Erh what den?" I asked "The one in front of you. That's the apprentince den." I slightly nodded and scurried in. There where other cats in here. Some alseep. Others watched as I entered. I found a cozy spot away from them. "That's her?" a voice whispers "Yes the new kittypet runt apprentince." a voice replies. My ears twitched in annoyance. I sat up "Jeeesshhuuusss Christ! Enough; yes I'm a kitty pet and a runtie but surprising things happen. Also it makes me unique. Makes me feel spwecial." I say smiling. The cats looked at me as if I was a creep. I had a bouncy personallity when I wasn't scared or nervous. "Now go to sleep." I say then I lie back down. There was silence after. I smiled contently and closed my eyes drifting asleep.

I want to apologize for not knowing alot about warriors and no updates. I literally forgot all about Wattpad. Also I'm not a big fan of warriors anymore so I dunno if you become an apprentince you do that same thing if you become a warrior like no eating it talking.
