Try & Touch a Man's Queen.

The training begins.

I felt the true meaning of sadness in my blood, not because he basically wanted me as a blood bag but that he was still alive. A moment of silence filled the air, I didn't know whether to be happy that he was alive or mad that he wants to kill me very slowly.
"Their must be a big misunderstanding" I said with a mad tone.
"My father is dead! Along with my mother! It's just me and my sister Sophie!" I shouted.
"Jessica calm down please, we.." The saver said before he stopped himself from continuing his sentence.
"What do you mean by "it's just my sister Sophie and I""
"Yeah but she's all the way in America living her life! When I have a psychopath of a father trying to kill me!" I yelled.
"Right now all you can do is let me help you train and the name is jake, since it never came to your mind to ask." He said.
I grabbed my bow and arrows from his shoulder and told him "where do we start."
Jessica and jake trained all day and all night throughout the entire week. The only time they stopped is when they felt the hunters were near. They stayed as a team and grew closer by day. Jake protected Jessica like it was his life that was at risk but when it came to training, she was just his client.
"I'm going to hold this stick and you have to shoot it right in the middle. Miss it and you will have to run 10 laps in 10 minutes," he said.
"Are you crazy? What if I miss and it hits you?"
"Well then you'll still have to run your laps but stitch me up as an extra punishment" he said laughing.
"You are a pain in the," I said before he cut me off.
"Continue that and I'll make your laps go up to 20 even if you get the shot." He said with a smile.

Jessica picked up the bow and placed the arrow in its right spot. She aimed at the long thin branch in Jakes hand but she new she was going to miss it but she still believed that one day she'll get it. She pulled back and let go, as the arrow flew to jake she closed her eyes. It ripped jakes right sleeve and hit the tree right behind him.
"Are you kidding me," Jessica said.
"10 laps." He said seriously.
"Come on jake you won't really make me do this,"
"9 minutes and 50 seconds left" he said with a small smile.
At that moment, I dropped the bow and I sprinted all the way to the river which by walking slowly is 10 minutes away. I had no idea how he wanted me to do 10 laps in 10 minutes. The laps were from the river to his old cabin and repeat. When I'm on the last lap, he'd always be by the cabin to laugh at me. It was the 5th lap and I had five minutes left so I ran even faster. Out of no where I felt arms wrap around my waist and carry me. My legs flew up in the air from how fast I was running, followed by a loud scream. It made the birds all fly away and made jake scream my name even louder.

Jake
I was half way back to my cabin, collecting fruits on the way. It felt like I was being a bit hard on the women I loved but it seemed like the only way she'd grow stronger. I was half way to my old cabin when I saw so many birds flying away and an eco of a scream. The second I heard the scream I knew it was Jessica, so I dropped the fruits and I shouted her name even louder.

Jessica
I flipped the person that was holding me from the back right in front of me and kicked the one running toward me. So many came at me from different directions and I couldn't handle them all. One caught my left arm and another caught my right arm. The man I flipped onto the floor for up and said,
"You Jessica ferd have been giving me a hard time"
" well I don't try too but the truth is, you are just terrible at doing your job. Which I guess is being a slave?" I said with anger.
The man slapped Jessica right across the face, walked closer to her ,held her from the back of her head and said "did that hurt" with a laugh at the end.
"No but this will" she replied right before she kicked him right in the face with both her feet.
The man got back up and took out a knife and held the knife so tight onto her neck that it made her bleed. The second he was going to hit her again jake shot an arrow right at his arm. The man screamed and dropped the knife.
"You could of hit me!" She yelled to Jake.
She pulled both men on her right and left directly into each other. Jake ran to her, grabbed her hand and said "Do you trust me?"
"Well that depends" she answered.

Jake looked directly at the river and back at Jessica. "What? No way in hell! It's freezing!"
Jake put both his on Jessica's face and tells her that "it's the only way you won't get hurt"
"We could die if we jump in the freezing water Jake!"
He stared at her and she looked back at the river and agreed. The second they turn to jump into the river one of the men say,
"We don't have you Jessica but know that your sister is on her way home to see you"
Jessica screamed, cried and tried to run back to the man so she could give herself in but Jake grabbed her and pushed her into the river. Jake turned around to the man and said "you can go to hell"
"They will both go to hell if she doesn't giver herself up" the man replied.

Jake jumped into the river and caught up to Jessica. They grabbed on to rocks when they knew they were far away from the hunters.
"We will dry up here for the night and continue south first thing in the morning." Said Jake.
"You can go to hell, I'm going to make sure my sisters okay," I said while walking away.
Jake came up in front of me in a split second and carried me in his left shoulder.
"Put me down!!" I screamed.
"Jessica!"
"Put me down Jake!!!" I demanded but this time with kicks.
When Jake put me down, I slapped him right across the face. "I'm not your daughter nor your girlfriend for you to take control of my every move!"
Jessica told Jake that she didn't want him anywhere near her anymore. She walked away and headed home to make sure her sister would greet her instead of crazy hunters.

He put his bow and arrows on his back and went to follow Jessica. He saw her sitting on the floor with her head in-between her legs and and hands around her head crying. It broke his heart seeing the girl he loved most cry right before him and he was the reason for it. Jake went and sat right next to Jessica.
"You know, you slap hard for a girl" he said pushing her a bit to the side with his shoulder.
"What are you doing here" she said as she lifted her head and the tear falling down her cheek.
"I came to help you find your sister which seems to me, you almost did. Mostly I came to apologize and tell you I had no right to make your decisions."
"Took you long enough, let's go find my sister" she said laughing.
"Are you serious" he said with a shocked voice.
"You really think you can get to me that much? If my dad didn't and he's trying to kill me."
"The only difference between your father and I, is that I care" Jake said.

They both reached the house and found the door handle broken and the door open. Jake told Jessica to wait outside while he went in. He slowly opened the door and walked inside until he saw Sophie right at the edge of the stairs.
"Sophie??" Jake said.
Jessica came running inside and both sisters ran to each other like they haven't seen each other in years.
"Are you okay Jessica??" Sophie asked.
"Why wouldn't I be?"
"You sent me a message saying you were in danger and you needed me" Sophie replied.
"Sophie I never.." Jessica said before she was interrupted but a man clapping.
He walked into the room and 6 men followed him. Three on his left and three on his right. The man had dark hair and wore black from top to bottom but looked like he was dying. Something inside me told me that this man was my father.
"Jessica and Sophie get behind me" Jake demanded.
"We meet again old friend." The father said with a smile on his face looking towards Jake.
Jessica pulled her sister back, walked up the stairs and said "old friend" while she looked Jake right in the eye.
