Peter left just over a week ago and everything since then has been normal. Not just normal, though, oddly normal. Almost like everything was too perfect. Stiles had broken up with Malia, and she said she understood and knew that their relationship hadn't been working well lately and that this was the best decision for both of them. Scott had begun to help train Stiles along with me, and Scott was doing a much better job at it than I was. I finally had a formal meet with Lydia and she told me about how the whole being a banshee thing worked and I told her how I was sorry for turning her friend into a werewolf, but she just laughed and said how she was used to it. As for me, my relationship with Malia was starting to become a lot less awkward and more like a normal brother and sister relationship. Stiles, Scott, and I were all close friends now and I even started talking to Liam and one of his friends Mason. I also officially met Scott's girlfriend Kira who was really nice and the perfect person for Scott. And lastly, I learned about Allison, who was Scotts old girlfriend and also a hunter, but she has tragically been stabbed last year and everyone was still recovering from it.

Luckily for me, no one had found out about Amber. Peter hadn't come back and if he decided to, there would be plenty of people willing to stop him, so I wasn't worried about him. I was just worried about myself not being able to handle the guilt building up inside of me.

The full moon was tonight and I wasn't sure how it was going to go. Scott and I had planned to use the hale vault again to keep Stiles and Liam down there. We decided it would just be best to skip lacrosse practice because we didn't need anymore outbursts on the field.

I wasn't worried about Stiles with the full moon. I was more worried about myself. This would be my first full moon where I wasn't an Alpha in three years. I didn't know if that made it easier or harder to control the shift.

As the sun started setting, all of us went down to the hale vault. Malia, Lydia, and Kira also came because Scott was worried if something happened then they wouldn't be able to contact us for help.

Once we were down there, we didn't want to take any risks, so we immediately chained both Stiles and Liam up to some of the different pipes on the wall. When I was chaining Stiles up, I began to try and talk to him to make sure he could stay in control.

"Hey remember last time we were down here? You were in control." I spoke.

"Yeah but before that I wanted to rip you apart."

"But you found your anchor, and it worked."

"Yeah but this time seems different. My anchor still is Lydia, but it feels like it's going to be harder to control because she's here with me. I'm afraid that I'm going to hurt her." He spoke while the entire time looking at Lydia.

"I believe in you. As long as you think you can control it, you will." I spoke quietly and he nodded.

I finished chaining him up and took a step back. It was still early, so him and Liam most likely wouldn't transform until later.

-

We had all been sitting against the wall for roughly a half hour when Stiles looked at me. His face was sweating and his eyes were glowing an iridescent blue, brighter than their usual blue.

"I thinks it's happening." He said and I could see his fangs growing out in his mouth.

Lydia, who was sitting next to him, stood up and took a few steps back, but she didn't break her stare with Stiles. He was panting and tearing at the chains. Liam was doing the same.  Neither were having much luck. The restraints seemed to be holding up.

Scott was trying to talk to Liam to calm him down. I figured I should probably be doing the same, so I took a step towards Stiles, but made sure not to get too close.
