This is a scene based on the word Band-aid. Comment a word you want me to do :)
Percy flinched as Nico pressed the cotton ball on his arm. Percy had an accident with the knife while cooking, and cut a large gash on his forearm. "Sorry," Nico said, "I should've warned you about the burning."
"That's okay. It's not real bad." Nico dotted the ball across the cut. "It's not deep. You should be fine." Percy sighed through the burning on his fresh wound. Sometimes the healing process was more painful than the actual injury.
Nico threw away the cotton ball and dressed the cut with a large band-aid. "We only have band-aids. I'll put two on there until we get something better."
Percy looked at it and instantly became embarrassed. "It's nothing," he said, "forget it. I over reacted."
Nico stared at him for a minute, then put the second band-aid on anyways.
This isn't anything special. I just wrote it a while ago.
