There wasn't much room to spare in the car to take food so they had to pick wisely while two zombies spotted the small group and let out a shriek that could wake the neighbourhood making the gang race to the car. Foxy squirmed in the trunk to get as comfortable as possible while everyone else struggled to close the doors since the food was in their way. This inconvenience allowed the zombies to reach the car and start pulling the doors back.
"Get out!" Kicking a zombie repeatedly in the face started getting Bonnie closer to closing the door and so Freddy did the same to the beast at his own.Slamming his foot down on the peddle, Freddy made the car accelerate at a speed that made everyone's backs press into their seats accept for Foxy who slid around in the trunk with no seat belt resulting in muffled cursing. It was now clear to Freddy that the car idea was never going to work. Goldie's dark eyes sparkled as he had an idea.
"Freddy, I know where we need to-" the golden bear was cut off by the sound of a bomber plane crashing to the ground a few thousand meters away.Staring in shock, the group all reached the same conclusion; the planes were infected. This meant that the people that are trying to help are being killed themselves and it won't be long before the bombers are extinct meaning that the undead are free to roam the world with nothing to stop them.
The car suddenly swerved of coarse skidding to a halt as the vehicle became engulfed in flames and the tyres burst. If the fire reached the fuel tank they'd be finished. Over the roar of the flames they heard a female's commanding voice demanding that they hand over their provisions.
Tumbling out of the burning car, they held their hands up high accept Chica who opened the trunk. Grabbing as much food as they could carry, they set their supplies down away from the shards of glass remains of the molotov that hit them. The female eyed the animatronics like a hungry buzzard that had spied a carcass. Then something in her mind clicked as she could just make out who the strange characters were.
"Freddy...?" She whispered to herself. "Freddy." The woman spoke a little louder. The bear looked up, blinked and a quiet whirring sounded until the realisation struck that he was staring back at the little, ice-blue eyed, blonde haired tween he had entertained so many years ago. Now fully grown, she had a feeling of familiarity towards these robots.
"Freddy!" She repeated once more this time giving him a hug as the childish memories took over.
"Stacey!" Freddy smiled. "Chica!" Stacey hugged the chicken feeling as if she had just been reunited with a distant yet much loved family member. "Bonnie!" She grinned, completely ignoring the fact that they were out in the open and zombies could come from any direction.
"You won't have met me. My name is Goldie." The golden bear held his hand out for a shake which was also ignored and he got a hug instead.
"Who's that?" The young woman pointed to Foxy who had slunk away silently.A young man, slightly older with an infant carried upon his back emerged from behind a white van and raced toward the pirate with his arms outstretched.
"Foxyyyyyyyyy!!!" He hugged the Fox who froze on the spot causing the other animatronics to panic. Remaining completely silent, Foxy cooked his head to one side with one ear raised and to everyone's surprise, accepted the hug... even returned the gesture.
