Unmissable- Chapter 14

Eilish's POV

It was time to make my 'big decision'. Should I go with Ross or Ryland. They were both super sweet guys and I didn't even know what to do. I went to Ally for advice. We ended up at my house and sat on my bed. "Okay I'm going to be the love docta today," Ally said.

"... But aren't I the love doctor?" I replied.

"Well today I am. So first question: Who gives you butterflies?" Ally asked.

"Ross," I replied.

"Who do you feel you can talk to them about anything?" Ally questioned. I feel like I was getting interrogated. "Ry," I said.

"Who can you see yourself with in the future?" Ally asked.

"Bacon," I replied and Ally laughed.

"I mean Ross or Ry," She said.

"Ry," I said.

"Who do you have the most in common with?" Ally asked.

"Ross," I replied.

"Damn it's a tie. What are we gonna do?" Ally said and looked at me.

"How the hell am I meant to know? They're both so sweet and I love them equally the same," I told her and we both sat in silence.

"Dayum Eilish, you have yourself a problem," Ally said after a bit.

"That's all you got?" I asked.

"Nah. I say you just do the walk," Ally said.

"What's the walk?" I asked.

"Just walk. Don't think about anything and just see who's door or bedroom you end up in," Ally said. "Okay. I will. Let's see what happens," I said and walked out of the door.

I walked all the way to the Lynches. As I was passing by the neighbourhood, I thought About my life before I met r5. I never thought I had a chance with a Lynch. But this happened. I found myself at the Lynches front door and I hesitated but i walked right in. I was so nervous, but I cleared my mind and walked up the stairs and I ended up at......................................................................................................................................................................... Ross's bedroom. That made it clear. Ross was the one. I smiled. Man every time I'm in a situation like this I'm going to use 'The Walk'. I opened the door to see Ross there on his computer. "Hey," I said.

"Hey," Ross smiled. "What's up?"

"I've made my choice and... It's you" I said.

"Really?" Ross asked and shot straight up smiling. I smiled and nodded and we ran to each other and kissed. We held it for a bit and then released. "I love you," I said.

"I love you too," Ross said and we hugged.

"So now that we're a couple... Wanna go to the park with me tonight?" I asked.

"I'd love to," Ross said. "But what about Ryland? You're basically going out with two guys right now."

"That's what I have to do right now. But I'll see you at the park behind my house tonight at 8:30," I replied and Ross kissed me on the cheek and I went to find Ryland. I walked downstairs. "Hey Del, where's Ryland?" I asked.

"Front yard," Del said and smiled. I opened the door and saw Ryland watering the plants.

"Hey," I said.

"Hey" he said.

"So.... Um... This will be pretty awkward, but I've made my decision," I told him.

"It's not me is it?" He asked.

I nodded my head yes.

"It's fine," Ryland said and pulled me into one last hug. "But we gotta remain tight, okay?"

"Okay," I said and he sprayed me with the hose. Of course.

"See ya," I said and walked away now drenched. I smiled. We handled that wonderfully. Now to get ready for tonight with Ross.

Rylands POV

Okay, I wasn't that disappointed. Maybe I was disappointed. But as long as Eilish is with who she wants, that's completely fine. I know that we'd all be cool. Ross and I will still be buddies, Eilish and I will be buddies, and Ross and Eilish will be happy. Every thing was, for once, perfect.

Eilish's POV

I was on the swing at the park waiting for Ross and I saw him walking towards me. He had a leather jacket with a plain blue shirt, denim jeans and a scarf. It was a cold night. "Hey," Ross said and he came up to me and kissed me. "So what's the plan?" He asked.

"I dunno. We do what we do," I said.

"I like that. First off I have to push you on the swing until you touch the very top of the shade," Ross said and began to push me on the swing. I was going really fast and high and my foot finally touched the top! Ross kept pushing me for a while and then he sat on the baby swing and that didn't go to well. After swings, we made our way to the slide and then I led Ross to a big hill. That hill led to a lake and Ross and I rolled down the hill a million times and I was getting SO dizzy and then Ross rolled a little to far and ended up in the lake. I burst out laughing. He came up eventually and climbed out and went to hug me. "You need a hug..." He said and chased me. When he eventually got me, I said "Now Ross, when I say to stop rolling, you stop rolling." Ross laughed and we sat by a bench and he put his arm around me. We cuddled for a bit. "So the surf is meant to be good tomorrow, wanna go for a surf first thing in the morning?" Ross asked.

"I don't know about morning, that's pushing it. Maybe after lunch," I said.

"Okay. Hey you got your iPod?" He asked.

"So many questions," I said laughing and I pulled it out. Ross played around with it for a bit and then started taking selfies and photos of me. When he was done (he took about 200) he handed it back to me and I looked through them all. "Delete every one of me," I told him.

"Aww but you look so pretty," Ross pouted.

"Yeah you're right. I'm perrrfect," I joked. Ross laughed. We talked about everything for a while and Ross pulled out cans of Pepsi and chips. "Ooo, food," I said and we ate up. It was around 11 o'clock and we were still on the bench and I was getting tired so we both eventually drifted off.

I woke up at 7 because a bird was chirping like crazy. Ross was already up. "Morning," he said. "Morning," I replied and we went back to my house. I changed my clothes and Ross went home to 'perfect his hair' and change clothes so we were going to surf at 1:00. I realised I felt really happy with Ross. I feel so much better and happier than I ever have on my whole life. Everything was, for once, perfect.
