She recoiled at my voice
Even though I have barely whispered
Her eyes were filled with tears
Horror filled her at the knowledge of what is to come
The promise of agony stirred in the cold air
Still, my face was as impassive as ever
My eyes remained cold blizzards
Piercing and shattering
Everything in it's path.
'How could you?'
I heard a soft whimper laced with desperation and fear
A state of tranquility present itself in the air
My blood red lips quirked into a haunting smirk
At the shadowed edge in her soul
Pearls of tears shed from her drooped eyelids
And onto the floor
It splashed and became lifeless.
Life is a bubble I suppose
A bubble of bliss, but a bubble nonetheless
And I just pricked hers
And watched in glee as it pops.
I watched the fall of those alluring red rubies
They were too beautiful
Too beautiful to stay by her side
So they left draining her soul.
I left the room accompanied by a loud bangForcing everyone to jump out of their shadows
I saw them throwing nervous glances around
Wondering quietly who had the misfortune
Of displeasing me this time.
No one was able to meet my eyes
Scared of having their soul frozen for all of eternity.
I don't blame them
