Briella’s Pov.
Leaning against the spying on guys running around and acting like idiots by throwing snowballs at each other
Glances around and catches sight of Damon talking with his two good friends Jared and Klaus
Pretending not to notice when they look over to me, sighing to myself
“Ugh doesn’t he ever move on?” I mutter to myself, thinking ‘I know I have, kind of’ not moved on entirely though
One of my friends who stood by me even when I turned into such a bitch towards everyone, but not my friends they understood why I changed
Safire grinned at me “Maybe because he now knows what a mistake he made”
Looks at her “But fire, if he didn’t then I wouldn’t be what I am now”
My other friend Roxy giggled “Oh yes, what on earth would we do if you never turned into a bitch”
“It makes our lives much more funner, you’d have to admit that part though” smiles at both of them as I tilt my head to the side
Seems like some habits never change, thinking to myself as I notice what I just did as a small frown grows onto my lips as memories from the past slowly comes back
My other friend, who is good and very strange at times Melody snaps her fingers in front of my eyes causing me to come back to earth “Bri! Snaps out of it!” she says looking at me closely with a small frown
“I can never forget” I whisper, looking down at the ground as a tear rolls down the side of my cheek

When I got home I saw my parents waiting for me and a guy I never seen before standing with them, and boy was he cute!
“What’s going on?” Looking back and forth from my parents to the stranger feeling very confused at that moment
“Honey, we need to tell you something” My mom says, glancing at my father with a nervous look in her eyes
“Okay, well what is it?” Looking at my parents feeling like whatever they have to tell me everything would never be the same again
“You’re a princess honey” Both my parents says looking at me
I burst out laughing “Ha ha okay now what is it that you want to really tell me?” thinking it was some joke
My laughter dies, as I see that they are not laughing with me
“Hun, I was supposed to take over the throne but I fell in love with your mother and now it’s your turn” My father says looking at me
“Is there anything else I should know about?” Glances at the guy as I say that, since I still don’t know why he is here though
“Oh yes” My mother says as if she forgotten he was there
“He is your body guard. Thought it would be easier to blend in if he’s your age” My dad explains
“Okay but what is his name though?” trying to find out a name the entire time
My eyes snaps to the guy “Benjamin ma’am” as he says that, I almost swoon as I heard his voice
Looks at him as I smile “Briella” I see a hint of amusement in his eyes
He takes my hand in his, looking deep into my eyes as he leans down kissing it “It’s a pleasure to meet you, my highness” he whispers gently
A blush grows onto my cheeks as I look at him but the only thoughts are ‘I could get used to this’ grins to myself
