Chapter 2

Mikey POV

When me and Diana got home; I decided I was going to tease her. So once we were inside the house I picked her up bridal style and she squeals and say

"Mikey what the hell are you doing" "Oh nothing is it so wrong for me to carry my girlfriend to the couch" "No but you usually never carry me"

Once I sat on the couch I pulled her onto my lap so she was straddling me. Then I leaned in and then once we were close enough where I can feel her breath fanning my lips I pulled away. Then she glared at me and I started laughing. Then she started to get off my lap, but I held her in place.

Then I smashed my lips against hers. She immediately responded by kissing back. I pulled back and started laughing.

She pouted and said "Mikey if you're going to kiss me please just kiss me and if you're not let me go because honestly this is torture and-"

I cut her off by kissing her. She didn't kiss me back immediately but when I nibbled on her lip she kissed back right away. Once I nibbled on her lip she gave me entrance and I slowly slid my tongue into her mouth and I explored the inside of her mouth. Then I pulled away and she seemed satisfied.

Then she smiled at me and then I asked her "Do you want to go on a date tomorrow" She looked a little confused but then said "Sure but we haven't been on an actual date since before we moved in together and that was a little over four years ago" "Yeah but I thought it would be fun" "Ok so where are we going" "It's a surprise" "No Mikey tell me you know I hate surprises" "But this is a surprise you'll love" "Fine whatever but this better be worth me not knowing" "Trust me it is" Then I noticed the time and said "Come on let's go to bed I'm tired" She nodded and said "Me too"

Then I carried her bridal style and then put her on the bed. Then she walked into the closet and put on her pajamas. Then I changed into mine and turned on the TV. Then we watched The Proposal until we feel asleep.

I woke up around 8AM because my phone was ringing. I looked at the caller I.D and it said Madison.

I answered it before it woke Diana up and said "Madison what do you want it's eight in the morning" "I'm buying Angie's engagement ring right now and I have no idea what size ring she wears" "What do you mean you don't know what size ring? How stupid are you" "Apparently very now help me" "How" "Well didn't you say Angie and Diana have the same ring size" "Oh yeah they do" "Now who's stupid" "Still you because first you didn't find out her ring size before going to buy the ring and second because I can hang up and not give you the ring size" "Fine now can you tell me I have to be home before Angie wakes up" "Ok it's six" "Thank you bye" "Bye" Then I hung up and Diana was still sleeping so I fell asleep again

Diana's POV

When I woke up it was around 11AM and I noticed Mikey was awake and was watching ESPN.

I said "good morning babe" "good morning" I got up and went into the bathroom and brushed my teeth and brushed my hair.

Then I walked over to Mikey and pecked him on the lips. He smiled and I said "What do you want for breakfast" "Whatever you want is good" "So an omelette is good" "Sounds perfect"

Then I nodded my head and started cooking breakfast. Once I finished cooking I called Mikey to come eat. Once we ate I washed the dishes while Mikey took a shower. Once Mikey came out of the shower I took a shower and got dressed.

Once we were dressed and ready we left. Once we got into the car Mikey put a blindfold on me. I asked "What is this for" "I told you it was a surprise now sit back and relax"

After about twenty minutes of being in the car we finally reached a stop. Then I heard Mikey's car door open and him get out; then I heard my door being opened. Mikey helped me out of the car.

He asked me "Are you ready for your surprise" "Yes" Then he took the blindfold off and I saw the beach and the carnival "Oh my God Mikey this is so romantic"

Then I hugged him and pecked him on the lips. Then we started walking toward the carnival.

After about six hours of playing carnival games and riding rides Mikey had won me a bunch of stuffed animals. It was almost sunset and we just finished eating chili dogs.

Mikey asked "Do you want to ride a hot air balloon" "Yes" Then we walked over to the one and only hot air balloon.

Once we were in it Mikey started sweating a lot and looked nervous. So I asked "Babe are you ok" "Yeah I'm just a little nervous" I was a little confused but didn't question any further.

Then five minutes later I hear fireworks and I look and it says 'WILL YOU' and then Mikey says "Look down at the beach" so I look and on the beach spelled with rocks it say 'MARRY ME'. Then Mikey says "Please" and I turn around and see Mikey on his knee and a beautiful ring in his hand.

I started crying tears of joy and said "Of course I will" Then he got up put the ring on my finger and kissed me
