chapter 7

Diana & Mikey wedding day

Diana's POV

I woke up to all my bridesmaids and family in my bedroom and Angelic and Stacey jumping on the bed.

"Diana get up it's your wedding day" "I'm up now I know why I don't give Angelic my room key" "Oh shut up" "Where's Mikey I miss him I haven't seen him in a week" "Well you're going to see him in six hours" "No I want to see him now" "Well isn't that a sad story" "If I don't see feel and hear Mikey now all of you bitches better start planning your funeral because I'm about to kill you" "We never said you can't hear him you can call him if you want" "Ok fine"

I literally ran to my phone and dialled Mikey's number. He answered on the second ring.

"Hi Diana" "Madison where's Mikey" "Sleeping off his hangover" "WHAT" "Yeah remember he had a bachelor party" "Were there strippers" "Yes" "How many" "About five" "Did they give him lap dances and how much clothing did they take" "Yes they only gave him two lap dances" "Madison how much clothing did they take off" "Their clothes" "Did Mikey enjoy it" "You have to ask him" "Wait a minute did you enjoy it" "I got to go now" "No no no tell me before I tell Angelic you did" "Ok I did" "You're going to be in so much trouble" "I thought you weren't telling her" "I'm not but she already knows you were at a strip club and she's going to ask you if you enjoyed it and we both know you can't lie to her when she looks into your eyes" "Well I'll just ignore her" "What happened the last time you did that" "Ok bad example" "Whatever tell  Mikey to call me" "Ok bye" "Bye"

6 hours later

the priest turned to Mikey and said "Michael do you take Diana as your lawfully wedded wife" "I do" "Diana do you take Michael as your lawfully wedded husband" "I do"

That made me tear up. "I pronounce you man and wife. Michael you may now kiss your bride"

Mikey pulled me into his chest and leaned in and placed a warm gentle kiss on my lips and I immediately responded. It felt amazing to finally be married to the man I love and it felt like the world stopped and it was just me and Mikey. I don't know how long we were there but it most have been long because Stacey said "Don't swallow each other"

He pulled away from me breathless and panting a little. He rested his forehead on mine. We looked into each others eyes and now I understood the meaning of when people have a person has fire in their eyes. Mikey's eyes were full of love and excitement. I felt so happy to finally be able to call him my husband.

We started walking out if the church to our limo. Once we were outside people started throwing rice at us. I couldn't help the smile that was plastered to my face. Once we were inside the limo Mikey pulled me onto his lap. He placed a small kiss on my lips and pulled back and smiled at me. He started nibbling on my ear and then whispered "I love you Mrs.Fusco". It sent chills of pleasure down my back. "I love you more Mr.Fusco"

Mikey leaned in and placed his lips on mine but this time it's was like we couldn't get enough of each other. I now understood the point of keeping us separated for a week. I guess I would have to thank them later.

At the reception

It came for my first dance with Mikey. He stood and gently grabbed my hand and asked me "May I have this dance Mrs.Fusco" " Of course"

I stood and he led me to the center of the dance floor. The song "A thousand years" by Christina Perri . We were dancing and Mikey was singing me the song. He leaned in and placed his lips onto mine and it was like the world stopped and it was just me and him.

Once we were done dancing I went up on the stage and started to sing "Young and Beautiful". Mikey started to tear up and once the song was over he hugged me so tight and I hugged him back tighter if that was even possible. "I love you with all my heart Diana and I can't wait to spend the rest of eternity with you" "I love you more and I can't wait either"

It came time for the speech of the maid of honor and best man. To be honest I was scared because Angie and Madison writing a speech together meant they would never get it done and just wing it.

Angie started the speech. "May I please have your attention" "Ok I first want to congratulate Mikey and Diana. I think you have been the happiest ever since you have been with Mikey. I have known you for about 20 years and Mikey has made you truly happy and you both love each other a lot. It makes me feel very happy for you both now that you're married I wish you both the best. I love you both."

It made me tear up and I felt relieved that she actually took time to write a speech. Everyone started to clap and Mikey wiped away my tears and gently squeezed my hand. Now it was time for Madison's speech. This is going be good.

"I want to congratulate Mikey and Diana. Diana makes you so happy and trust me I know. Ever since you started going out with Diana all I hear about is how Diana did something and it was so cute or how much you love her. But to be honest I am actually very happy for you guys I know for a fact you guys have an amazing future ahead of you. I wish you both the best and I love you both"

Once they got off the stage. I ran to hug them and Mikey was walking along. "Thank you both it really means a lot to me that you actually spent time for the speech" "No problem and really congratulations I wish you guys the best love you both"

The rest of the reception was a lot of fun and then it came time for us to change and leave for our honeymoon.
