 Chapter 15 |
Wally's Truth.

I was sitting in the office room on my laptop, looking for dance studios when Wally walked in eating an apple. He was sweating, so I assumed he had just came back from a gym session.

"What's up?" He greeted, taking a seat in front of me.

I sent him a small smile before glancing back to my laptop screen. "Looking for ballet studios." I clicked on the link which read Serena's Studio. The website was nice, it looked professional and clean. I clicked through reading the about section. They were established in 1981 and were well known in the area.

Marking the name and number on a piece of paper, I continued my search.

"Studio?" Wally asked, frowning. "Why, you're already enrolled in the academy?" He took another bite from the apple as he waited for my response.

I paused what I was doing and looked up at him. " I'm trying to see if I can audition for Norson Academy, but my problem is now that I've been put on probation-"

Wally cut me off. "Wait, wait." He had a look of confusion. "You never told me you were on probation, heck you didn't even tell that you were back in the Academy?"

His words reminded me of something Kass had mentioned when she told me about her little situation at the academy.

Someone high up in the business recommended she is to return to classes.

The thought made me frown, I didn't know many people up in the dance business. The only person I did know was..Wally's mom.

Loran DeFrance was the Beyonce of the dance world. If you didn't know her, than you have been living under a rock from birth.

I frowned at Wally, pausing what I was doing. I leaned forward slightly. "I thought you knew how I got back in."

Wally seemed taken aback at first, before looking away. He took another bite from his apple and mumbled. "Well, maybe.."

I raised a brow. "Go on." I reply, his response already giving me my answer. I just decided to make him squirm.

Wally sighed before turning to me once again."Remember that impromptu trip to Canada? Well I had planned, since the moment you told me about your Dad, that I would convince my mom to send a letter saying that you return to the Academy." He explained, before frowning. "I just didn't know that they would put you on probation."

He paused before asking. "What exactly is probation?"

I was still in a bit of a shock from what he just told me. Wally and I have known each other for a total of two weeks and a half. Yet, throughout the time we've known each other, he's done a lot of things just cause.

Why?

Snapping out of my thoughts, I replied to his question. "Um, probation is basically a cut on the amount of classes that you can go to. So, instead of three classes a week. I'm only allowed to go to one class. It doesn't matter which one, it just can't be more than one."

Wally nodded, standing to throw away his finished apple. Looking over his shoulder he asked, "Need some help?" His signature grin gracing his face once again.

Smiling back at him I nodded.

Oh Wally, what are you even doing to me?
