RILEY'S POV:
I was currently running around my apartment complex trying to make sure everything was
Most of all I want is I have fun
I set out candy and drinks and prop them up on the table
I couldn't wait to spend a whole night with my best friends
Especially with Lucas......
Yeah I know my dad would freak out if I let him stay over but....I have to when am I going to get another chance like this.....?
Come on don't blame me! He is so sweet and nice and caring and loyal and so much more
That's when I heard the apartment buzzer go off
"It's Maya, and 2 guys who go by cowboy and farklestein......"
I smile
Even after middle school and all the way up to the 12th grade where we are now she still gives them nicknames
"Maya!" I heard the country voice call out
I rush over to the buzzer and buzz them back "come on up"
A few seconds later they arrive at my door and I let them in
They all had bags and sleepover mats
"Hey guys....!" I greet hugging them all
"Hey riles....." They greet back
"Wait where are your parents again...?" Lucas asks once we settled down
"Well they had to go to philly to see my dads family, something about a reunion or something and since last time they let Auggie stay back and forced me to go, they allowed me to stay back and forced Auggie to go with them......" I reply grinning
"Oh....." He responds smiling softly
"Yeah....." I say looking down feeling a blush rise to my cheeks
I could tell Lucas was watching me but I continued to look down
"Alright if you guys are done with your love fest can we start the day....?" Maya asks smirking
"Maya....!" I say warningly
She snickers
The thing is......me and Lucas are already dating......
We just act like we aren't whenever Maya and Farkle are around
In fact we have gone on a couple dates and we have actually kissed but we thought that it would be best if we kept it on the down low
When I tune back in I see Farkle snapping his fingers in front of my face
I jump back startled and mumble a sorry and sit on the couch
"Let's watch a movie guys...!" Maya suggests
"Yea sure..." We all respond getting situated on the couch
