GMW- It's Just a Stupid Game

Chapter 7

Farkle's POV:

I wake up to see that I had fallen asleep on my couch with popcorn everywhere

I hear a faint snore and I look down to see a mess of blonde curls covering something in front of me

I open my eyes wider to see it was Maya

I subconsciously chuckle

Her head was laid on my lap and she was facing the tv

I move her blonde locks out of her face to see her stir

Her eyes fluttered open and she looked over at me

She closed her eyes but her eyes snapped open and she jumped up

"Holy shit!" She yelps

"What?" I ask

"I stayed over the night!!" She responds pulling her phone out and typing something in fiercely

"Aaaaannnddd?" I stretch out

"My mom and Shawn are gonna kill me.....!" She says irratated

My eyes widen

Uh oh

They could think we did something really bad.......

"Dammit minkus......" she mumbles as she lift the phone to her ear as she runs her other hand through her hair

I get up and begin cleaning the mess we made

I look at my calendar to see that I had circled this week because my parents were out of town

Thank God

I couldn't help but remember last night

We were so comfortable with each other and I wanted that......

I turn to her to see her packing her stuff

"I gotta go minkus......" she rushes over to me and pulls me in for a quick kiss

She freezes at her action

My eyes go wide

"I-I didn't- don't-" she stumbled over her words

"Don't think this is usual......" she mutters alas as she heads out the door

My hand lifts up to where she had previously kissed me

For a brief second it felt as if we were dating and that it was a regular thing for her to do.....to give me a haste kiss like that

I don't know about her but I really did hope it actually became it regular thing

Maya's POV:

My mind was in a whirl

Why the hell did I just kiss him so casually like that?!

What was I thinking??

I could feel his lips lingering on my mind
