Maya's POV:

As I opened my eyes, I looked around the apartment wondering what just happened

Grabbing my phone I turn on the screen only to read that the time was 9:16 pm

Great, I basically just slept the rest of the day after the fight with Riley

Riiley.......

I roll my eyes once remembering the events that followed in memory

Selfish brat, doesn't ever know how to leave someone alone

When I try to stand up, I realized I was being held by Farkle in his sleep

I smile looking at his relaxed feautres

Gently lifting my finger, I move Farkle's hair out of his face and subconsciously trace the outline of his cheekbone

I retract my hand quickly as Farkle shifts, and opens his eyes

As he evalutates his surroundings I get up and fix my shirt that seemed to have traveled a little higher in my state of sleep

"What time is it...?" he asks, his voice husky and low

"about 9:18 pm now" I reply turning off the tv, which happened to still be on

Farkle gets up, stretching his limbs and says "I'm kinda hungry"

I turn on the lamps that surrounded my living room and reply "Me too"

Without any response Farkle takes off his hoodie only to reveal a dark grey short sleeved shirt and puts on a jacket that he had once left behind

He then tosses me his hoodie and says "Get some shoes"

I had already slipped on some shoes while he took off hoodie so I stood there holding his hoodie

His Favorite Hoodie.....

It was a Black hoodie, that had a design of some 90s band

To say it was large on me was an obvious fact, and now that i was drowned in the hoodie, I couldn't help but smell his signature cologne lingering on it

It smelled like him

"Let's go" Farkle beckons as he opens the door

Nodding, I walk out and hold out my hand for Farkle to take

He smiles and takes my hand, being careful of my bandages he laces our fingers together and walks with me in tow

It didn't occur to me to ask where we were going to eat, so I was pleased to see that Farkle had dragged me to a homey cafe like restaurant

During this time of night, the lights were on and New York was illuminated by neon signs and flashing lights

As Farkle got us a table he led me to the outside patio area that was surrounded by other people as well

He gestures to our table and slides out my seat for me

I could feel a blush coming on but I look down to hide it

"Don't hide it" Farkle says

I look up at him and stare into his icy blue eyes "I would never"

He chuckles at my evident sarcasm and leans back into his own chair

"Well, it kinda looked like you were but hey, I'll let it slide"

I roll my eyes at him but find myself laughing anyway

A waiter comes up a few moments later, collecting our orders and heads off

Silence was carried between us as we stared at each other from across the table
