She screamed, and the water came down even harder. But then she collapsed, the water stopped suddenly and the clouds faded away as quickly as they had come.

Moonflower ran to her and exclaimed, "Are you ok?"

" Don't worry about it, she will be back to normal in a couple hours."

Moonflower looked up in surprise, "Who are you and what have you done to my sister?"

The figure stepped out of the shadows and smiled. It was a girl, with straight strawberry blond hair, light skin that seemed to glow, and bright blue eyes.

She looked at Moonflower and smiled. "Looks like you had a rough day."

"You do not know the half of it."

She smiled and closed her eyes. The stars in the sky started to glow brighter than ever.

"My name is Starline."

Moonflower looked all around her. Water had flooded the forest a bit but she knew that if this "Starline", didn't help her she would've drowned.

"My name is Moonflower. Thank you for helping me with... uh... her."

"No problem. Anyway who are you?"

Moonflower considered telling her everything because it looked like she already knew that they had powers. But she decided against it. "My name is Moonflower"

"I know."

"You do? How?", she asked curiously.

"First tell me who you are."

"What do you mean? I just told you, my name is Moonflower!", she said panic flooding her voice.

"I know you better than you know yourself, my dear."

Moonflower hated being called names like dear or sweetheart and this "Starline" character seemed to know that.

Starline reached over to Moonflower and said, "Now, who are you?"

Moonflower sighed and said, "I control this black stuff."

Starline calmly said, "No sweetheart, you control the night."

Moonflower gasped, "Of course! The darkness, the shadow, it all makes sense!"

Starline bent over and whispered, "Yes, you are the goddess Nightyia. Her powers are strong, and I, Starline, am one of her always loyal servants. The goddess of the stars."

"So your my slave, and you need to do what I say?"

Starline laughed, "No, I only do what she wanted me to do out of choice. She was a great ruler and a warrior against Chaos."

"So am I related to her somehow?"

"You don't know?", she paused, "She is your mother."

Moonflower looked at her, obviously stunned.

"Look up", Starline whispered.

Moonflower looked up, and saw, a beautiful woman step out of the moon and float gracefully down.

Moonflower smiled, "Mom, you're here?"

But something felt wrong. "Starline, something feels..."

A golden dagger plunged into Moonflower's back. "Ah!" She fell to the ground, gasping. The woman disappeared into the night, leaving Moonflower with Starline.

Starline smiled cruelly, "The work is done master!"

Starline took out the dagger and sheathed it in her belt. Evanya was next to Moonflower, still not awake yet. Starline picked up Evanya and swirled her hand. She disappeared in a red mist, leaving Moonflower in the wet grass.

Moonflower tried her best to get up, but she couldn't move. She felt tingly, and soon she couldn't feel her legs or hands. Blobs of colors blurred her vision. She gasped, and then everything went dark.
