"What happened?!" Jaxson commanded the instance he spotted me outside.
I ran up to him laughing and hugging him, "Nothing- everything happened!"
"What's that supposed to mean?!"
"It means everything is the way it's supposed to be," I smiled a goofy smile at him.
"So I take it you punched Connor and shoved his brains where they're supposed to be?"
I laughed at that, "No Jax, he's not that bad of a person once you know him."
"That's a complete lie and you know it."
"Yes, I know it's not a lie."
"You're lying."
I huffed, "Jax! Rule number two: I'm not lying!"
"You are too."
"Not."
"Yes you are."
"No."
"Yes."
"You know, " I began, "I think we could even be friends."
"What?!" he glanced at me in horror, "no! You are not going to be friends with him out of all people!"
"Jax. Relax. He won't hurt me."
"And how do you know that?!" His eyes flashed venomously.
"I just know, okay Jax? I know," I replied calmly. "I know."
He shook his head rapidly, "Fine, guess I have to be with you 24/7 from now on."
Now I was the one staring at him in alarm, "I don't think so."
"Yes so, you mean."
"Ugh Jax, you're making this so difficult."
"I know," he grinned, "because you're my precious Avy."
